我订的是小型货车的座位，而不是冷藏室 ????

我们准时出发，也准时到达，途中还停了几次车。乘坐舒适，有空调。

虽然至少要比规定的时间长一个小时左右，而且还要中途停靠，但这是一辆舒适的超大面包车。价格优惠，网上预订也很方便。司机直接把我送到了酒店。

我们预订了本应在凌晨 3:30 出发的面包车。 但没人来。柜台工作人员在凌晨 4.30 左右到达后，我们被安排乘坐凌晨 5.30 出发的面包车。

为了安全起见，我们预订了中午 12 点 40 分的车，但在 11 点 30 分左右到达。他们让我们改乘 11:40 的巴士。非常简单。他们非常友好，乐于助人。

我预订了 8 点 50 分的小巴，我提前 30 分钟到达，却发现小巴已经满员，他们让我们搭乘下一辆小巴，这辆小巴又脏又破。 没有任何关于时间变化的警告

它花了 5 小时 45 分钟，而它说只需要 4 小时。

一辆非常舒适的巴士，和蔼可亲、乐于助人的司机，巴士上的温度非常好，没有太冷的空调，但有令人愉快的温和清新温度。

当我们到达汽车站时，一位不友好的女士接待了我们，她告诉我们，我们的小货车已经被订满了。尽管我们坚持说我们预订了座位，而且已经被预订了，但这位女士并不在意。她几乎没有看我们一眼，只是重复说小货车已经订满了，她没有收到关于我们的任何信息。考虑到我们必须在晚上到达曼谷，因为我们第二天有早班飞机，这是不可能的。幸运的是，一位先生和一位女士终于找到了解决办法。

It's a bus station, nothing exciting.

The driver wasn't nice. After ten minutes trio he asks us to stop talking, he drove dangerously, was in his phone very often, speaks loudly and wad over the speed limit so the car alarm was ringing many times but he knows very well the road and able to stop anywhere on the trip.

Good app booking service. Good flexibility of departure time .poor customer Lack of polite friendly chat , I needed to repeatedly ask for help positioning my bag.into bus. Seats fully booked, are snal size for knees ...so was physically uncomfortable. Generally, not helped with bags.. Good cooling on bus. No overhead baggage space. Poor comfort on faully booked bus as I'm tall. Long delay ms due to traffic jams approaching Bangkok, on national holiday Only one rest stop, to stretch legs and for toilet in ,5 HR hours, at petrol station. Good additional stops approaching destination booked, are request able.. Good call from driver metro stop meant j I got of earlier .and away from final traffic Jams in Bangkok, getting to my hotel at required time. Overall uncomfortable but cool temp and flexible departure and drop off points good.

No place for bags!! They got very mad at us for bringing our luggage which in not very big and we had to go the whole way with them on us which was very uncomfortable for a 4 hour drive. Go to a different company!

Comfortable seats, clean and very fun interior! Loved the ceiling lights 🤩

I arrived more than one hour before the departure of my booking in the station in Prachuat Khiri Khan. I was happy to hear that I can take one hour earlier departure. Van was full. I am a small person and could place by "medium size" backpack between my legs. Air conditioning was ok. The journey contained one 5-10 minutes stop. Traffic jam in Bkk and this is why it arrived about 30 minutes late in Mochit Terminal. Very good orientation advices in the voucher of 12Go, thank you!

Come earlier because they sell Your Seat even if you already booked and you have to wait for the next van. Just relax and wait, maybe the cheauffeur wants a meal and be might forgots his telephone at the market and you have to go back but it’s ok

If you can pay more, you should. This was not a pleasant ride.

Trop was good, vert nice and helpfull driver

Partly no headrests in the bus, seatbelts available but tucked away.

It was not a minivan but a bus with a late departure and a longer travel so we arrived with 2 hours late :-( The operator at the desk in bus station was not very helpfull and didn't say real details about the trip's conditions... Clim was very hard !

Driver was rude and yelled at me when I asked if we stop to go toilet. Bus was uncomfy and took 6 hours when it said it would only take 4. And we left half an hour late.

Really nice and smooth! Lady there was really helpful and took us directly to the bus herself. Alskithe driver very kind and helpful. It was a great ride. We actually departed 20 minutes earlier

Pratical and on Time
