James AAs mentioned in another email, we believe that the trip was falsely advertised on 12Go. It was advertised as a direct bus with food provided. Neither are true. The bus makes a detour for almost two hours in Puno. The bus did not arrive until 12 rather than 10:00 as stated. As it is not direct, they also don’t provide food; which we did not prepare for properly due to the faulty advertising on your website.

MAYUMI TI had booked the 8:00 a.m. bus (as stated in the PDF), but at the counter, I was given a ticket for 8:30 without any explanation. Additionally, the bus did not depart from Platform 2 as indicated; the platform was changed without notice. I couldn’t trust the information provided by the staff at the counter. However, the ride itself was comfortable.
