Our bus from Don Det to Siem Reap was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM, but we ended up two and a half hours late. The company made us wait at the Laos-Cambodian border for two hours just to fill the van with people from outside our group. Even with zero traffic, the delay was massive. Very disappointing.

Very chaotic, you will get to your destination but most probably not in time. I went from pakse to siem reap and had to switch busses three times, had to wait one hour between bus 2 and 3. The busses where fine. Regular SEA vans.

Easy service

The waiting time in between every transport was unreasonable. From Vang Vieng pick up to Vang Vieng station we waited for a quite a while. Then in Vientiane, I was brought to the station while the rest of the group got to wait in an office with facilities. I waited in the station for 4 hours. Then the bus was sharing a small bed with a stranger, and no overhead space, so all felt really cramped. Then arriving in Pakse, nobody had any information. Had to ask around. After 5-10 min a van picked me up. It was completely full so some seats in between the actual seats were put up, giving little to no stabilisation. The next van from Don Det to the boarder was better. Then crossing the boarder we had to ask around again, which was easy, but there was no information in advance, and by then, the time schedule suggested by 12Go was already way off. Finally arrived in Siem Reap over three hours past original time, not due to any traffic as suggested by the web site, but due to poor logistics and way too long waiting time in between transports. Could have left Vang Vieng way later than what I did.

I had a issue with communication between Go Ho Travel and Next Station Airport.. no one could help me because they dont have the same name and Next Airport Station didnt know Go Ho Travel is working with them. So I missed the first bus. But after that the operator sent the number of my booking, and then we can understand that this company name "Next Airport Station" is for me. The operator sincerely apologized. It's not a big deal. I really appreciated the experience and the staff's kindness. I'll use this service again in the future if I come by Siem Reap Airport again. Thank you for everything.

We planned to arrive at 4:00pm in Don Det and we arrived at 7pm. They made us wait 2h30 in a cafeteria close to the border of Laos. They told us we were waiting 2 persons from Phnom Penh and that we would only wait 40min but it was 2h30. Every time we asked they said 15minutes more. In the cafeteria there was also a man who told us to change money with him because the change in Don Det is very bad and we did it and when we arrived it was better the change they offered in the island then with the man. This man was working with the bus.

This journey never happened. We had to change our plans due to the Thai government closing the land border and head back to Phnom Phen to fly out. Through the 12Go app directly and also contacting the company with the provided WhatsApp number and the email I was unable to cancel this trip. It wasn’t until the van tried to collect us that I had to inform them that we weren’t coming. Regardless of whether the trip could be refunded this was frustrating for all.

The trip from Siem Reap to the boarder was not too good. The driver made a lot of stops and picked up also a passenger along the way. He was always tickling his phone, and we almost crashed to the vehicle before us at one time. I was relaxed with the driver from the boarder to Bangkok though. He was better than the driver in the first leg of the trip.

It was a very hot day and I was tired, so it was great for me to be able to wait for the van in the Starbucks right in front of the departure point. The interior of the van was also comfortable, so I would recommend this bus company.

I went from Battambang to Siem Reap. The van was comfortable and we arrived safely in about 3 hours. The staff and drivers were very friendly. I would choose this company again if I had the chance.

Oh, and when you arrive, you must make plans to go and see Angkor Wat! It's only been a day in Siem Reap, and I've already cancelled all my hotel reservations for the next two weeks, since the Angkor temple complex is so big, and I don't know where to begin exploring. I've bought the 7-Day pass and I've got a local guide who is proficient in English! Have fun guys!

made us stop at a store during the trip to buy sim cards, told us it was 800 baht for unlimited network. turns out it is actually a sim card that holds 60GB and normally costs 6$ so pretty angry

Was asked twice to change cars as i was travelling alone. Driver was insisting on tourists going to the back of the car even though there was no assigned sitting and sold the best seats on the spot to other people. Once we passed border control we got onto the next bus which was old and had no seatbelts and we waited over 45 minutes with no explanation before finally leaving.

The vehicle was exactly where the PDF coordinates said and a guy was there waiting a half hour before time. The border crossing felt a little chaotic, but it was exactly like they said where to walk and to ask for the guys on the Starbucks on the other side with our photos. People complained about the toilet stop in Cambodia but I bought some delicious sweet potato and beer chips. The driver was nice and drove well.

I use SRL company Siem Reap to Battambang. The Driver very good and staff very friendly. I recommend this company.

Not very accommodating, asked to sit further forward at start of journey due to travel sick, but was refused saying people had selected seats and bus was full (there was no selection when booking). Nobody sat in a few of the seats for the majority of the journey. Was left at the boarder for an hour by driver to wait for another driver and kept stopping on journey adding 2 hours to the arrival time.

It was actually comfortable and when we arrived to the border there was someone waiting for us to guide us back to the van. I think everything was great.

The journey on thailand side was perfect and smooth - the bording location is bit off but either text them on whatsapp or someone will help (the point is 2 mins away by a market) Then we had to wait over an hour after immigration even though everyone was done The cambodia part of journey felt like a scam - toilet break is only at place where you are forced to buy something in order to use toilet; they drop you off 2km outside of city centre with tuktuk drivers waiting for you and trying to also book them for going around Angkor wat the next day.

Van to the border was fine and on time but then when i got through into Cambodia i had to wait an hour for the driver to get me and it was a bit confusing but eventually a car came, not a va

It was difficult to actually find the starting point of the bus ride. The address is not accurate, because it leads you to their exportation hub. The actual bus stop is 2mins away - just contact them via call or WhatsApp and they will help you.

It was a premium private charter with great driver assistance. We were picked up on time, easily arrange out schedule and it was all perfect. I would really recommend this company's service anytime of the day, super reliable.

The service was great, vehicule was very confortable with A/C. We started a bit later than expected but because some client were late, so that's a good point, they waited for them haha we stopped several time to go to the toilet.

The driver drove too close to the car in front of us when he wanted to pass it, and he brought us to a place for a toilet stop where we were all harassed into buying something in order to use the toilet. It was all just a big shakedown of our wallets and rather unpleasant.
