Marcus WNo toilet paper onboard, included meal was without any selections and no drinks, when trying to buy another meal onboard less than third of the options were available. Had to pay extra for a blanket and a pillow, speakers were playing dinosaur sounds from a movie until asked to turn it off, when turned "off" the speaker was still blasting static.

Jorge TI had a good trip overall, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication on WhatsApp. I asked twice about any extra fares and didn’t get a reply. Better communication would really improve the experience, but the trip itself was enjoyable.

Marlon SOur flight got delayed two times so we're arrived a bit late but south West tours was waiting for us! Thumbs up. Shuttle service to the jetty was good and quick, a little hard ride as normal in Philippines.
One thing wasn't clear, the staff try to charge us an extra "government fee" which I declined cause on the ticket was written all fees included.
At the end they accepted it and we paid 550 Pesos per ride till the port in boracay

Lovrana CWe booked online but went to the Southwest office in Boracay to confirm. The pick up at the hotel, the transfer to the port as well as the ferry and transfer to Kalibo airport were all great. Definitely recommend
