The Sao Viet driver was a little impatient, the seats were not in a good sape - the head pillow got disconnected. Overall the trip went quite smooth and fast

It was something different to sleep in a bus, it was a luxury way to go to sapa and I would definetly use this bus again, FWY: GET MOTION SICKNESS just in case and also if you want to sleep whole trip, because it is a curvy road.

The bus was a little late and inside i wish it were cleaner, everything else was okay.

It’s not comfortable and my booking drop point at my hotel. Unfortunately, they refused to take me to the hotel and forced me to hire Taxi to hotel in my own.

No pillow, no water

Loved the bus. So comfy. Everything worked. Sleeper bus - can recommend. Only bad thing was the lunch stop - food terrible and incorrect change given.

Honestly just a mess . Reception put us on wrong bus, it was 2hrs longer than it should have been as a result. The driver screamed the whole time, he honked for like a minute at a time.

We couldn't sleep because bus was shaking too much. Plus one seat couldn't bend totally meaning you were half up and one seat had problem with air conditioner so it was freezing

A must-do experience if you're traveling to Vietnam! The trip from Hanoi to SaPa was flawless 👍

The seats were not comfortable at all. You can not eat a snack in the bus. Wifi wasn't working

At the waiting point there was everything; snacks, toilet, drinks and a place to chill. The bus was good, but didn’t like that we couldn’t eat on it. The drivers and other people were very loud. They didn't take into account the passengers who wanted to sleep. There were also a lot of random stops in the traffic jam. As a result, we arrived an hour later instead of half an hour later. When we were dropped off, everything had to happen really fast. I didn't find them friendly or accommodating. A plus is that there was a toilet on the bus.

Only great because staff were pushy and headrest broken. Toilet breaks not clear. Told off for trying to use the entertainment tv.

The journey departed on time, although the trip to Sapa took longer than advertised. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and safe ride, and the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout. There are, however, a few areas for improvement. Wi-Fi would be a welcome addition, the bathroom should have running water, and the blankets could be cleaner. The LCD entertainment screen was also not working during the journey. In addition, the ticket showed the wrong departure address in Hanoi, which caused unnecessary confusion. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, this would be an excellent transport service

My journey from Hanoi to Sa Pa with Sao Viet was very good. The driver was punctual, and I was satisfied with the overall service. During one of the rest stops, I got off the bus for a few minutes. Even though it was time to leave, the driver kindly allowed me a little extra time to buy a snack and waited for me. I really appreciated that gesture. The 6-hour journey was comfortable, we arrived on time, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this company.

In a 5+hr bus trip which covered lunch time, they did not stop. Lucky they did have a toilet onboard.

Good driver, clean cabins and walkway, we got back to Hà Nội at 11:30pm instead of 12am which I was grateful for!!

This was the first time I used a sleep bus in my life. My wife had a good sleep so everything everything was well :)

Crazy driver doing snake driving all time. Sleeper bus was pointless because you were more worried about not falling out of the cabin and wondering if this is your last day on earth. Drop-off tottotally unclear until arrival at 5:00 am. No Whatsapp support from company

wifi was not working, in 6 hours they made no toilet stops, but we were on time at the very least

Everything was fine bus arrived 1 hour before

the wifi was not working and the air conditioning was not functioning, in a 7 hours trip and 35 degrees outside it’s just very bad. We also arrived with an hour and a half of delay compared to when we were supposed to.

Took Sao bus. Driver was noisy, always on his phone. It was a night bus, he could have been more considerate since passengers were trying to sleep. This seems to be a frequent complaint amongst passengers. Additionally cabin was not very clean. Will not recommend this bus company.

The organisers communicated well when I arrived to the pickup spot letting me know of the check in process and etc, the bus was on-time, the bus was clean, along the trip the driver communicated with us clearly and as necessary. Hoooray!!

The bus was on time. The cabin and toilet were is incredibly clean. Ho Chi Minh would be proud. And it was very simple to change our time to earlier. Thank you.

Driver talking too much and too loud.

The final destination is not 114 Tran Nhat Duat. The voucher that they emailed us is 110 Tran Nhat Duat. Eventually they changed to 16 Tran Nhat Duat on the spot. So many misunderstanding because nobody speaks English. We got yelled at when we did not got off at 16 Tran Nhat Duat because of some miscommunication. Not a good experience but the bus is comfortable.

Great 1st experience on a sleepers cabin bus

I would not recommend this service for Hanoi-Sapa. The driving was erratic and we were flung about in our cabins for the entire drive even when on straight main roads. We made several stops for seemingly no reason. The chargers in our (2) cabins didn’t work. The journey was nearly an hour longer than advertised. The was an unpleasant smell of rotting fruit in the air. The driver was constantly and excessively honking the horn so sleep wasn’t really possible.

They said they sent me an email about my bus leaving 15 minutes early. Yet I was never sent the email. Meanwhile there was a bus leaving at my original time with only 3 people on it to the same place. Staff were rude, ripped my bag off my back. Taken many buses in Vietnam and none were even close to this bad.

While the journey was on time, there was no Internet connection for the full duration of the 7hour journey. It made it feel very long.

Staff were rude and not very helpful. We arrived at the drop off point and shouted at to immediately exit the bus causing us to frantically pack our belongings and left things behind. They ran on time and sleeper was clean although didn’t use the facilities. Toilet at the pick up point in Sapa was one of the worst I’ve used in Vietnam.

Spacious bunk sleeper. When arriving in Hanoi, I arrived early 5.30am but able to have free drinks and snacks are waiting area for few hours for my next bus to Cat Ba and toilet was very clean. I'll definitely use their service again!

I would like to provide feedback to help improve the service for future passengers. As tourists from the Maldives, we understand that different countries have different rules and customs. However, important policies such as not eating on the bus should be clearly communicated during booking or before departure. We were not aware of this rule and were surprised when the driver yelled at us instead of explaining it politely. There was also confusion regarding seating arrangements and rest stops. The driver instructed us to return within two minutes, but the stop lasted around thirty minutes, causing unnecessary stress. Clear and accurate communication would greatly improve the passenger experience. We respect local practices and only ask that passengers, especially international tourists, are treated with courtesy and given clear information. Better communication and customer service would make the journey much more enjoyable for everyone.

Comfy seats, screen worked, USB and USBc plugs worked, had a toilet, WiFi, driver checked everyone was back in their seats before departing from the stop, stopped just the right number of times. Best bus we’ve been on in Vietnam. Also arrived even a little bit earlier than scheduled.

The bus was new and nice. We did just 1 stop. The drive was a bit bumpy so I cannot sleep much. Overall it did its purpose.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a lower berth and was given a different seat. The seat and blanket were both dirty, I was placed next to the toilet with a constant bad smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. The staff were completely unhelpful and dismissed my concerns instead of trying to help. It became so uncomfortable that standing in the aisle felt better than sitting in my assigned seat, yet I wasn’t even allowed to stay there. The only thing this company has going for it is the low price, but even that doesn’t make up for such a miserable experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Great bus, very modern and comfortable! Staff at the office was helpful and really tried to make everything as smooth as possible.

Great service with fruits and snacks for free

I had a good experience riding the Sao Viet cabin bus from Hanoi to Sapa. Check-in was easy, and the waiting room had free snacks, fruit, and coffee. The TV in my cabin didn’t work, but the free Wi-Fi was strong for the whole trip. Each cabin has a blanket, but a pillow would be nice, too. The only downside is that we arrived in Sapa more than an hour late — that partly had to do with construction on the road, but also because the driver made a few random stops to pick up or let people off before the final destination in Sapa. I thought I was booking a direct trip — Sao Viet should be up front about multiple stops if that’s the case. Overall, though, it was good trip, and I would book a Sao Viet cabin bus again!

Really nice staff, I forgot my headphones and they managed to give them back to me. The journey was also comfortable and more spacious than I thought.

All the employees were rude, only talk in Vietnamese. Were treated badly because we are tourists compared to the good service for Vietnamese people. Really bad driving.

I would absolutely recommend this agency. The bus was clean, the beds were spacious, they have a toilet on the bus and everything went very smoothly! Due to hourly stops, the trip Took about 1hr longer than advertised.

The journey was comfortable. Pros: Pick up from airport and drop at hotel. Single private cabin. Smooth ride. Started late but reached on stipulated time. Cons: The staffs were not at all speaking in english. Very difficult to communicate.
