Qistna Express
Qistna Express

Kayeronne OFirst we chose kovan as a pick up point then 12 hrs before the scheduled departure they asked us to choose only from bugis rochor and jurong east which was very far from the northeast side. Second upon completing the malaysian immigration we waited for an hour for the bus to come the only information was to look for a specific guy. Mind you they only sent the guy's face to shirt color no uniform or what not. Third they don't follow the reserved seat based on the booking. One more thing on our way to KL someone was smoking inside the bus and the smell wouldn't go away as the bus was air conditioned. Fourth they said there was a drop of point at lalaport. When we arrived in KL they said to alight as TBS is the last stop which was very inconvenient and it adds to costs of the travel. I dont recommend booking with qistina express at all.

Elise DWe specifically chose this bus because it was advertised as arriving at KL Sentral.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The journey ended up being more than three hours behind schedule. While delays can happen, what was most frustrating was that the bus did not even stop at KL Sentral. Instead, passengers were dropped off about 15 minutes away and left to find their own way to the booked destination.
The reason given was a festival in Kuala Lumpur. However, this was clearly known in advance and passengers should have been informed before departure.
The advertised travel time also seems unrealistic compared to the actual duration of the trip, even without big traffic jams. So keep this in mind when planning your travels.
Overall, poor communication, a significant delay, and failure to deliver the booked drop-off location made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose this service again.

Max FThe travelling time was supposed to be 5 Hours and 8 minutes. We took 10 hours to arrive which is double the amount. If you look on google maps and check the route, you can see it is impossible to go to Kuala Lumpur in 5 hours 8 minutes...Of course we didnt check beforegand because you stated a time amd we trust you. My partner gets travel sick when in buses longer then 6-7 hours. This is why we where so happy about the bus. In the end we arrived at 19.00 instead of 14.00 and my girlfriend felt completely sick and had to throw up. And no - this is not due to traffic or any stops...I checked google maps times and It is physically impossible to arrive within your estimated arrival time from Singapore to KL...I am asking for a partial refund as double the amount of travelling time without any heavy traffic jams is really not okay. You need to change the travel time on the bus from SG to KL...
