We had a great trip! Picked up in front of our hotel in Hanoi, dropped off in front of our hotel in Ha Giang. Excellent service, friendly staff, clear and helpful 1-on-1 communication after placing our reservation. Recommended, I'd book again!

Really good service

The vehicle was great in terms of comfort and we were picked up on time. The office had attempted to contact us earlier in the day to offer us the chance to wait in their office as it was raining heavily, but we missed those messages. In terms of handling the booking, the service couldn't be better. However, this particular driver was reckless and inconsiderate of his passengers. We are quite used to an aggressive style of driving from many trips, but this was ridiculous. He drove too fast, even when roads were very rough. I was bounced out of my seat on several occasions. He frequently drove too close to other vehicles, he braked very late and very heavily, he was on his horn permanently hounding other vehicles. He overtook when unsafe to do so.

Special thanks to Thảo for the great service and communication, also had a few stops announced at the beginning. Best experience with transport I had so far in Vietnam!

Had a great experience as the staff were all very kind, ride was on time, driver was safe. Communication on WhatsApp was very responsive and helpful, Thảo was absolutely amazing would highly recommend booking this ride both ways to and from Ha Giang!

Very nice new bus, very clean, water provided, massage chairs. Drivers were fantastic. One of the drivers even shared a snack with me, very kind. Only comment I would add is I was a bit confused when they swapped out drivers halfway through. I was the only one in the bus at night and didn’t know what was going on, but I soon realized they have two drivers to take different shifts. Everything was great.
