Two hours later than announced on the ticket

The drive itself was very comfortable , the driver was very nice. We stopped for lunch and had the opportunity to go to the toilet 3 hours in. But we were not informed about a change of vehicles on the app, it said it didnt have any stops but we had to change buses in Hat yai to penang. everything was arranged and we waited maybe 20 minutes for the bus, so it was still okay. after this the ride over the border was also fine, the driver helped us here too. Nonetheless we had a delay of 3 hours! it was said to arrive at 17:00 but we arrived at 20:00! so for people trying to catch a plane - beware!

The website has said that it was a direct trip from hat Yai to donsak directly, then take the boat from donsak to samui. The estimated time of arrival was around 16.30. Turns out we took a long way around Surat Thani town. Then from there switched from a bus to a minivan with a 30 minute waiting time, only to arrive to samui at around 18.30. The complaint is for the bus stop to Surat not to be mentioned in the trip itself, as well as the extra waiting time. Please consider putting that 1 stop at Surat on 12Go.

The trip was so smooth. The workers are so nice, and the driver is very polite and cute. I like how he mentioned every stop and helped with the bags. Thank you so much! I recommend this. They arranged everything from Hatyai to Koh Tao. Love it!

More like a 2.5/5. The first half (by bus) was good - friendly and helpful driver, easy check in, air conditioned. The second half (minivan) was a horror show. It was infested by ants, which were crawling all over me. Driver was friendly, but 1. Asked for a 20 baht per person ‘convenience fee for passport stamping’ (we didn’t pay this in the end) - a very big deal was made of it and there was some shouting and mocking; 2. Was supposed to take us directly to our hotel in Penang, but was driving around in circles (despite it already being 3.5 hours past the estimated arrival time). He was also playing very loud music when all passengers were exhausted, wasn’t giving us any updates, and was chatting loudly to his friend. We got off and booked a taxi for the last 10 mins, so we could get home. Expect delays - one lady on our minivan had issues at immigration and we waited for AGES for her. Arrived at 9pm instead of 5pm. Cheap but pretty exhausting.

The music was played too loud sometimes. So sleeping was not that easy ;) the rest was good!

12GO was easy to book, service reliable, P Plus Express bus conditions were good, clean and comfortable, departure time was very punctual on the dot, the entire journey was enjoyable, thank you 12GO.

Ok until we hat yai when we were told to transfer to a uncomfortable mini bus, which was not on the schedule when we booked the trip

Fake ticket with completely incorrect information. Departure instead of 7:30 at 8:30, transfer in Hat Yai at 15:00 and from there another 4-5 hours to Penang. The operator 12Go deceived us. We complained about the initial difference in arrival for 4 hours. The operator promised that we would be delivered to Penang at 18:00 but deceived, at 16:00 we just passed customs and there were 3 hours left to go to Penang. Due to the fault of 12Go, we missed the plane at 19:30. Our messages and demands for a refund were ignored.

Check in was quick, but driver was late showing up. We left about 30 minutes late. No problem for me, I take travel times to be estimates. Small VIP bus for 15 passengers was actually a VIP bus. Luxury seats, tv and sound system. Driver played good music during the ride and music videos showed on the tv screen. We stopped half way from Surat Thani to Hat Yai to get food and use toilet because there is no toilet on small ViP bus. We get to Hat Yai with no problems. Would book again and highly recommend using P Plus Express!

We had a very comfortable trip, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and the driver was a good and cautious driver.
