Beware and book with this company at your own risk. My experience with them went downhill the day before the pick up. Through all my bookings with 12Go, i normally received a confirmation message through WhatsApp a day or two prior to pick up. I messaged them through WhatsApp and didn't receive any response. Dspite offering a pick up and drop off point, it was not honored. The Van from Thuan Phat Limousine (43H-161.53) was old and dirty. There was broken vent outlets and torn seats. The driver was a chain smoker. He smokes inside while driving so the breathing was unbearable. The driver picked up someone along the way that was sick and cough constantly without covering his mouth. I got transferred to another vehicle when we reach DaNang. It was a surprise because there was no mention of any switch..

It was seven seater car, and sitting in the very back was quite uncomfortable. In the middle of the trip we changed the car/driver which felt uncomfortable, which we didn't know about

Excellent experience! They texted me on whatsapp before the pick up and were at the meeting point 15 min before the arranged time :) They dropped me off at my accommodation in Hue. New vehicle, would use it again. I was travelling only with locals which also felt nice.

Disappointed that the car didn't do a hotel collection despite being 1 min drive away from out hotel and they also indicated they would do a hotel drop off but didn't. They added an extra person in the back but there was no room so it felt unsafe
