LH Minh Tri Limousine

We bought 2 tickets for middle & back seats. The limo was more than 30 mins and when it arrived, the driver informed us our seat was one at the front and one right at the back. Front tickets are cheaper. Though it was no fault of the driver’s, he told us that was what we paid for. After texting the operator, they told us all tickets were sold out and only these seats were available for us. If the 12GO app has shown earlier what type of seats were available, we could have made an informed decision instead of being forced to both ends of the limo. Though the operator told the driver to give us a partial refund for the front seat, we are unhappy with the messy disorganised way. I mean, how hard can it be to sort out a 9-seater limo? Don’t sell it if it is not available, don’t put the fault to the customer by telling me we were the last ones to purchase the tickets when we purchased them 3 days before the travel date.

The driver was very kind and helpful with our bags. Good commute, Very comfortable. Bonus of wifi! The start of the trip had me nervous because pick up time was 12:00 and we didn't hear from them until 12:45. But I appreciate them being apologetic and the rest of the trip was great! I get it, they had to make stops to pick up other passengers.

Did not mention anywhere about transfers and having to download an app to board the bus. Also lady working the office at departure meetup spot yelled at me after I just asked her to repeat what she said. Bus driver didn’t seem to care about our wellbeing and was talking loudly on the phone thru most of the 2+ hr drive

Fabulous! Slept well for after the short pit stop. Next thing we were advised we were there!

Seat selection should be there because we got the e most uncomfortable seats

Our mini bus/limousine was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The hotel pick up in Dalat and drop off at our hotel was not expected but much appreciated. Our driver was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We left later and we arrived 2h hours late

When I was on my way to Dalat, the driver constantly overtook me on a curve instead of a straight stretch of road. He was not very honest. When we arrived in the city, he broke the rules and was fined by the police. Then we continued on our way, and I showed him the address. Another passenger in Vietnam found the location of the house on the map based on my address. I showed the map to the driver. Despite this, he took me to a false address and dropped me off. He claimed that the street and house were the correct ones. I spent an hour trying to find the house I needed on a street where it did not exist. Eventually, I called a taxi from a passerby. I was able to find the house I was looking for. I did not file a complaint about his dishonest behavior. He intentionally deceived me, a non-Vietnamese speaker with no internet access. This morning, he came back, but he quickly found my address, street, and hotel. He collected all the other people at their hotels for about an hour. When I asked him to stop in front of my hotel on the highway on the way to the airport, he refused to stop and took me to the airport. I already knew his dishonest tactics, so I told him that I would pay him at the hotel entrance. He agreed to take me to the Emperian Cam Ranh Beach Resort hotel only to receive payment.

Pickup on time, car was clean & comfortable, driver handled the traffic well.

The vehicle itself was comfortable, but unfortunately the driving was very unsafe. The driver was driving fast in heavy fog and overtaking in sharp mountain curves, which felt very dangerous. It was especially stressful as we were traveling with a child. Because of the driving behavior, the experience was very uncomfortable and frightening. Safety should be improved on this route.

I think it was way faster than on paper.. .Comfy , clean, new van with wifi Friendly pickup staff. Convinient drop off in center by the beach Spot on,nice ride.
