It’s a long distance bus in Serbia and Bosnia. Don’t expect fancy. It’s comfortable enough and it’s got a couple of bathroom breaks. You’ll need to buy a platform pass in Belgrade 200 dinars) and also pay 200 dinars for your luggage in the trunk. It’s a long trip, 7 hours, but you’ll arrive safely enough. The bus station in Sarajevo isn’t near the city center. I took a taxi and it was 50 bam with a lot of traffic).

In addition to the amount you paid online for the ticket, you will need to pay an extra 300 RSD at the entrance just to access the bus departure area. I also paid 200 RSD for my hand luggage. So, in total, you should expect to pay an additional 500 RSD on top of the ticket price. Please note that the luggage fee can only be paid in cash, so make sure you have some cash with you.

Great bus ride. Bus driver was amazing, there was enough breaks to stretch and go to the bathroom on the long journey. Bus was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was not in the bus driver or companies control. Everything to do with bus and transport was great.

the driver was nice and professional, the overall journey went ok, the car was pleasantly warm given the cold season outside. cramped space in the back seats and low oxigen during the ride.

Everything was great except for the unexpected baggage fee when already used local currency. The new bus station charges 300 ron per person to enter bus area. Also did not realize it was a mini bus and was hard to find and almost missed it since it wasn't in international location but local buses and not listed on the computer board.

Brza i ugodna vožnja. Udoban i čist autobus. Nisam vidjela utičnice za punjenje telefona. WiFi signal autobusa je bio nestabilan.

6h Bus trip. I didn‘t know that a suitcase costs extra. We were lucky to have some spare cash with us and did not spend the rest before we left. We also paid 2 service fees for us two passengers although we booked in one go. We also paid nearly 10€ more via your platform compared to the price at the bus stop. That combined with the service fee seemed a little weird to us.

Off to Sarajevo. The driver was on time and professional! It was comfortable! He stopped enough times to use the washroom and grab a bite! Overall a good trip! Our driver was awesome. A little dirty.

They charge for luggage, seats were hard and not reclining, the chofer was deviating to get personal packages.

One of the worst journeys I had in 3 months in the Balkans. The bus was quite nice and clean and modern. The driver overpacked the bus - there were between 3 and 7 people standing at any point in the aisle because there weren't seats for them. The only seat left for me was the back middle seat squashed between two people, so no AC on me, just sitting there hot and sweaty for seven hours squashed between two guys. Only for the last hour when a couple got off I could take a seat and sit comfortably. The driver made 2 stops for about 15 minutes each, but neither place had any food, not even a little shop for snacks. Would've been nice to know before, as every other bus I took the past 3 months stopped for people to eat. We were 35 minutes late so I almost missed by connecting bus in Sarajevo. We were supposed to be there at 9.15 but arrived at 9.50, I had to run to check in and to my bus just made it at 9.59pm. I dont understand why we were late as the border had no issues and there wasnt traffic, so it was just because of our stops, to get no food.

It arrived at Beograd almost 19:30. I don’t know why it didn’t move on the high speed road in a period of time since there wasn’t any more stops in advance.

All good but Sarajevo Bus Station. How easy he was to buy the ticket. Sarajevo bus station. There was people from the company asking extra money to store the luggage and obliging the customers to store their luggage where they wanted to ask them extra 3 marks or 5 the price of the extortion was always different. They also ask for other money as a station tax that I paid inside and it was only one Marc but if you didn’t do it there was this guy asking for a tree or five marks more. People expect to have their baggage included when they pay for a bus ticket. The bus arrived 1 hour late.

Very long journey and not many bathroom options- The driver and the staff at stations speak English. - Relatively on schedule with just a short 30 min delay. - Air-conditioned and clean coach- Only two bathroom stops during the 7 hours. - Bathroom stops are not clean.

Bus from Sarajevo to Belgrade. First bus I've taken in Europe that ran ontime. Driver was very professional with adequate stops.

Het was een relaxte rit. Top bekwame chauffeur aangename temperatuur in de bus. Niet leuk is groot woord maar de chauffeur sprak geen woord Engels en dat gaf wel eens verwarring bij stops en pauzes maar heel aardige man..

2 Hours late.

Small Bus for a a long ride- i am taking hte bus through the balkans this has been the worst one. - the buss was too small and over filled for a 6-7 hour long ride! - The ac was turned on and off at the drivers discression and it didn't help when everyone took smoke breaks and that with the motion of the bus, sitting uncomfortably with no air made me so nauseous. I am actually sick right now I'm sure I got something from the guy sitting beside me coughing without covering his mouth. I literally had to go get medicine today I woke up feeling so sick. This bus was just way to small for that many people. 35 euro which is $55 CAD for me is not a good price for this bus!

The driver was not very kind. He was not listening the requests of the passengers.

Disappointed by amenities. I was pleased with the price of the fare. However, compared to other busses I’ve travelled on, this one was quite disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi, the charged a high price to board the station in Belgrade, charged extra for luggage, and none of the outlets worked. My phone almost died, which is incredibly stressful for a solo traveler.

Bus to Sarajavo with my adult daughter and teenage. Very fast and convenient to travel in this situation .Good organisation. Good stops for breaks .

Air conditionir wasn't working properly. It was too hot. Something stranger (like water) dropping from the roof at My leg all the time.

Good travel. Confort. When we arrived in Sarajevo, the bus dropped us off in the middle of a street. There was no bus station anywhere.

This was the one of the worst travels of my life. The driver’s attirude was so rude. It was fast. The driver’s attitude was so rude that we couldnt want anything. He gave a break place like a honkyktonk. We couldnt eat anything and as a woman, when i entered there everybody looked at me with judging looks. When we asked him to stop at a kind of gas station, he said no no, and pretended like he didnt understand. In the journey, we couldnt sleep or sit a lot because it was too cold or too hot. It was the worst travel in my life because of the driver. The plate number of the bus is “031-T-246”.

The seat space was very cramped, and they charged 200 RSD per bag, which wasn't stated in advance. Also, there's an additional fee to enter the Belgrade bus station. Overall, it wasn't the most comfortable experience.

Better choose better place to stop, nobody of them had snacks to sell.

The travel is done in a minibus, to the East Station in Sarajevo, which is the more remote station. The bus is clean, and comfortable enough. The value for money is good. There are no toilets on the bus, and there are two breaks, which can be tough. Smaller issue: Driver charges extra cash for putting the bags in the trunk.

The ride was pretty good and the delay was like only 30 mins, may be because of traffic. I just had one backpack and the driver charged me 3 BAM for luggage. I understand that more than one luggage can be charged. But it was quite surprising to see the charge is even for one bag.

Great Travel Alternative. The bus was a comfortable modern motor coach with great seating and ventilation. The driver was amazing, handling a long mountain detour around a roadway washout. There were several potty stops throughout the day.

Small van with more passangers then that could fit, not suitable for an 8 hour international trip. Absolutely horrible company… When buying the ticket we were under the assumption a bus would drive us but when we arrived at the bus station a small van was waiting. They sold way more tickets then people that could fit. We were lucky that not all people had luggage, because if everybody had, not all bags would fit. Even as it was, we had to hold some bags in our lap for the entire 8h trip. Even when there were no more seats in the van, they allowed more people to enter and stand. At one point there were so many people it was difficult to breath. After there was no possible way to fit more passengers in the van, other people that bough tickets were left outside and not permitted to enter. They were told to wait for another bus that may or may not come 7+ hours later at 1 or 2AM in the morning. At that time in the morning bus stations would close so they needed to wait outside on the road, on a rainy night.. There were a couple of passengers that said that this happens often.

Best ride I've ever had! Clean and comfortable seats as every bus should be, amazing driver, amazing atmosphere, amazing, extremely helpful staff at Sarajevo East bus station including everyone from Cafe owners/workers to front desk, clean restrooms, bus wasn't packed, nice rest stop areas, a driver got everyone's bags, easy online purchase, amazing price for the value, amazing online customer service. My whole trip was easy and perfect. I will look for Kondor first next time I book!

Nunca lo recomendaría ya que un pajero patio ami esposa y el conductor no hizo nada y hasta temíamos. Todo fue malo primero que no tienen baño segundo que las personas que conducen no brindan ningún apoyo y tercero que la mayoría de personas que utilizan este transporte lo utilizan para hacer fechorias.

It was a fine ride, but it was really cold at night. Guess we were unlucky with this specific bus. It was cold in the bus.

In general, our journey was very good. The driver's handling of the vehicle was good. The driver's quick movement at the border point, without wasting time, was very good. He was also doing his job well.

Bus was on scheduled time, driver professional. Long breaks (20-30 minutes each) make this journey about 1 hour longer than it needs to be.

- The duration of the trip (almost 9 hours) - The bus didn't have air condition and during summertime that a big issue - too many stops.

Charged to put my bag on the bus and was given euros as change to enter the station. The driver proceeded to charge extra because it was in euros.

Sarajevo-Belgrade bus ride. It was a really nice drive. We had a real bus, not a van or anything similar as we had during our departure from Belgrade. The AC worked nicely and we had suitable legroom available. Very careful and polite driver. 10/10. What I honestly cannot come to grips with and understand overall is how is it possible for bus stations and buses operating within Serbia and the enclave Republika Srpska demand money in order to access the platform, which happens to be right in front of you, and moreover ask for money to have your luggage stored (usually no receipt whatsoever, of course). It’s an absolute nonsense that doesn’t belong in a civilised Europe.

Čistoća autobusa, korektan i vozač i vožnja. Muzika koju je vozač puštao za vreme vožnje. Mislim da je neki radio bio u pitanju, pošto se povremeno gubio. U početku je bila tiha, nenametljiva, kasnije glasnija, u nekim trenucima iritirajućeg sadržaja.

We’d never do the trip again or travel with Kondor, it was a very bad experience overall. Where do I begin? - To store our bags under the bus, it cost another 200 in cash which we had to pay the driver. - Some passengers had seat allocations, while most didn’t, this meant that people were removed from their seats and had to find alternative available seats on the bus. Instead everyone should’ve been allocated a seat, or none at all. - The toilet was locked the entire trip and we weren’t told about this beforehand. - The air conditioning was minimal and the 8 hour bus ride was extremely hot and sweaty the entire time. - The driver stopped numerous times along the way, but never told us for how long the wait was for, he pulled over and some people got out. He almost left passengers at one stop. - When we crossed the border into Bosnia, the driver stopped about 15 more times along the way to pick up locals, they were catching shorter rides and had to stand or sit in the walkway. - The final stop in Sarajevo is far from the downtown, thankfully we were able to get off early!

Rude driver, bus change 1 hour before reaching Sarajevo. The view after crossing the border into Bosnia was amazing and it's the only reason I'd take the bus again instead of a flight. Where to begin? The driver was rude from the start. I didn't know that luggage has to be paid for separately and didn't carry any cash. Luckily another traveler helped me out or I'd have been stuck in Belgrade. So it would be nice if that was mentioned upon booking. Also why is there a platform fee? Seriously, that's just a pathetic way of ripping of tourists and it's sad. The driver made two stops, one 1,5 hours in where we could get food but no snacks etc. And another one around 4 hours later. The bus was a van and we had to suddenly change to another van 1 hour before we reached Sarajevo. The van was old and dirty and didn't carry a logo of Kondor. Also, the driver picked up several people along the way for short rides. So all in all it wasn't too pleasent but we reached Sarajevo eventually.
