我们在换乘过程中发生了一起事故。这不是司机的错：一位乘客（我想是一位来自葡萄牙的女士）分散了司机的注意力，导致与另一辆车发生危险碰撞。幸运的是，没有人受重伤，但这是一次非常糟糕的经历。尽管我发邮件澄清了大家的立场，但公司至今没有给我任何答复。

多么顺利无误的转机啊。我们甚至比计划时间提前了一个小时到达。我一定还会再来的。

司机很棒，很有经验。他不会说英语，但会用电话与我们沟通，随时向我们通报情况。他很照顾我们，和蔼可亲，面带微笑。感谢您的服务！

旅途顺利。不用担心错过转机，因为面包车直接开上了渡轮。到达时间比船票上写的晚了一点，但还不算太糟。

预订非常简单，旅途非常愉快。完全没有问题，按照承诺准时到达目的地。

司机真的很贴心。面包车很小，有点舒适，但人很好。他甚至开车把我们送到渡口，然后直接送到住宿地！

The mini van was nice, but the driver was a very good driver not taking any dangerous moves and well aware of his surroundings

Very good, did not have to walk, the van went on the boat and delivered at the airport. Time scheduled was perfect.

Smooth pickup, but a very uncomfortable drive The pickup went smoothly and without any problems. The bus was new, clean, and comfortable for 9 passengers. The driver was also on time, and we actually arrived in Bangkok about an hour earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the drive itself was quite challenging. The driver’s driving was extremely rough, with a very bumpy ride and constant, unpredictable acceleration and braking. At times we were driving quite fast, which made the journey uncomfortable, especially for anyone prone to motion sickness. One of the children sitting in the last row became sick and threw up, but we still did not stop. In total, we only stopped once, for about 20 minutes, after approximately four hours of driving. Overall, the service was punctual and the vehicle was good, but the driving style made what could have been a comfortable journey quite unpleasant. If you are prone to motion sickness, I would definitely recommend being prepared for a rough ride.

Friendly and good driver. Stopps for toilet and food (maybe too much). The vehicle was completly filled up. If we would have been only adults, it would have been too crowded, because the 4 backseats are too narrow. With 2 kids for the family sitting in the back, it was okay.

Fast and confortable Trip to the airport

Amazing smooth experience! The driver picks me up from the airport and I didn't have to do anything else until I got to my hotel in ko chang. Will definitely recommend this company

For first time tourists & solo female travellers, the itenary details are too vague/not transparent, such as number of refreshment stops, how the ferry crossing will work, from Ao Sapparot Pier to hotel, etc.

Timing and right at the hotel

Very smooth journey; everything on time. We left "The Nine Centre" on time at 9am, took a 30 mins break at approx 11:30am, and a 15 mins break at approx. 13:30pm. We caught the 14:45pm ferry, and arrived at our White Sand Beach hotel approx 15:30pm. The van was very comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. The driving was, at times, probably a little faster than I would have liked, but I suppose that's not unusual here... We arrived safely. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend.

Bus ride was very uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe. The driver was driving extremely recklessly, constantly switching lanes aggressively and making sudden movements. His behavior also seemed very strange — at the beginning of the trip he was nervous and irritated, but later he became unusually cheerful and energetic, which made me feel uneasy and gave me the impression that he might have been under the influence of something. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was set unbelievably cold the entire trip. We asked the driver several times to lower it or turn it off, and although he would sometimes do it for a short while, he kept turning it back on again. Everyone on the bus was freezing by the end of the journey. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I did not feel safe during the ride.

Everything was fine, no issues along the way. The only thing I don't understand is why, for a flight at 1:20 PM, we were brought to the airport at 10:30 AM. Trat Airport has no air conditioning, so the wait was exhausting. It would be more reasonable to take the 10:45 AM flight — that would be more than enough time.

We left 15min late. Then we stopped 2 times for a long time when I think everyone would have preferred to not stop and just get there sooner as we arrived 2hrs late (but there was also a lot of traffic on the way). Otherwise was comfortable and well organized

We booked this company both ways from central Bangkok to Koh Chang and back. Outbound was fine, got plate number 20min before pickup by WhatsApp. Minivan, decently comfortable with ac, but no charging ports. Driver spoke decent English and communicated stops and the ferry. On the return, a similar van, and WhatsApp confirmation the day before. But very slow driver who spoke no English, so even with a 8.20am scheduled start from the island we only made the 11am ferry and were in Bangkok only after 6pm. I'd say if you've bus traveled in Southeast Asia before, you know the drill. Chaotic, and little signposting what will happen, but eventually you get where you're going.

Everything’s was on time, clean, enough breaks on the way

Great experience! Driver on-time, very friendly, the van was cool and comfortable, and we got to the airport early! Not much more you can ask for.

We arrived at the airport 7:45 what was pretty impressive. So don’t worry about delays. Got called the day before to confirm pick up station.

There was a huge traffic jam that could have taken 3 hours but our driver was amazing and did what needed to get us to the ferry in time. Amazing guy.

Oh Well. Pick-up worked, started on time and got to my Hotel in the end, so the basic was fullfilled. But 1. It took way longer than estimated, in no universe this could have worked in 6 hours 2. Not great communication, we didn't know when the Stops would be (and they we're planned poorly) 3. To the wirst:the Driver. He was speeding and drove Like hell, Breaks? Only for the weak... Gosh i didn't felt safe and sleeping was Not possible because driving so fast with this roads, No fun. 4. And the Driver was not nice to say it polite, He yelled at us at out second Break because in His opinion we took too long , 10 minutes with toilet and food is way Not enough when u need to wait vor the Toilet, and it was only 8minutes when He started yelling. (I needee to Out my food away , didn't eat shit vor 8 hours because of that) Oh and later at the ferry, He was complaining to Others about us, making us responsible for having to wait for the next ferry??? Wtf, and He made gestures Like he would like to kick us. Never would i Go with this again....

Everything went well but it took far more longer than expected. We arrived at the pier at 8pm (instead of the estimated time of 3pm….!)

Overall, everything went well. However, be careful: the timing is quite tight if your flight is at 9:45 from Trat Airport. The first ferry departs at 6:30, and the second only at 7:45. The 7:45 one absolutely must not be delayed. You will also need to rely on people boarding the van quickly and on time.

Our transfer from Koh Chang to Bangkok was great. A van picked us up from our accomodation, with a 10 min window provided. The drive was smooth and comfortable. Our driver purchased tickets for the ferry and lead us to the boat. The boat ride was roughly 30 mins. Once onshore, we walked 500m to the carpark where drivers were waiting for us. Have your sticker visible so they can identify you and direct you to the right van. The van ride from trat to Bangkok was smooth. The driver was great, stopped 3 times, and weaved in and out of traffic to get us to Bangkok speedily. We arrived 15 mins after the estimated time. We highly recommend Koh Chang Transport!! The team were professional, spoke good English and provided a smooth and seamless trip.

The trip was smooth, well-organized, and perfectly on time. There were also two scheduled stops for breaks, which made the journey more comfortable.
