Very small seats, and driver stopped several times to add passengers. The rest was ok

Left almoat exactly at 5AM. Even when we got q flat tire and had to stop, we still arived more or less at 10AM. The ride itself was definitely an experience but I went into this expecting it so it was fine. You get what you pay for!

Responsive service and well-spaced breaks throughout the trip

We were picked up at our hotel and dropped at the location stated on the booking. The driver took two bathroom breaks, which was needed on a nearly six hour drive. However, the van was very crammed and not comfortable. We arrived nearly an hour after what was stated on the booking, even though the driver drove quite fast. The communication was also not great, the person behind the contact number could not even tell me the van license plate the morning of our booking and the van ended up being branded by a different company, which made things confusing. The driver made no effort to speak English and other passengers had to translate for us how long the breaks were etc.

Locals in the front, tourists in the back… Not enough air conditionning.

Friendly drivers who seem to drive well

The drivers drives crazy. The van was not with a seat for yourself. It was an unconformatble little couch. Not good at al.

Comfortable and punctual

Driver wasn't very friendly. He picked up my cousin and I along with another couple from the airport. He was on time and was waiting for at least one other person for about 15-20 minutes past the designated 5:30 pickup time. Then, he brought us to a nearby location where we were told to transfer to another van, which had people in it already. I'm guessing they just wanted to consolidate, which is fine but he should've at least told us that was the plan. We were almost at maximum capacity when we left that second spot...but then we picked up one more person, who sat in the passenger side of the front. Then we went to the gas station to fill up. Why wasn't the van already full of gas? We probably didn't get on the road until about 6:15pm. Even though he was on time as far as picking us up at the airport goes, we were still late in leaving Puerto Princesa. I'll give the driver credit for driving FAST, especially since it was very dark. It felt like we were riding in a roller coaster! We stopped at a restaurant as the halfway point for about 15 minutes. We finally got to our destination but the driver didn't say much as far as info goes. More than anything, the driver should've been more informative and friendly.

This was a good organized organization. I checked in and went to get some food. They called me to inform me to come back because we departed earlier. I also had a request to sit in the front from not feeling well in the back while driving fast and these curves, they arranged that for me. It was a smooth and actually fast and very comfortable ride. These minivans are more comfortable and spacious then other vans I went. This organization is definitely recommendable!

Booked wirh Jcalbert but got put in an SBE van. Driver drover very fast and got us 1,5 hours earlier at our destination, but didn’t feel save. He also made stops to pick up stuff for himself in shops.

The van wasn't overcrowded and we were at El Nido perfectly in time.

On time, smooth journey

Bus was okay. AC barely worked. Driver was late on pick up, arrived only slightly late to El Nido. Short comfort break at half way.

It was alright! The driver was nice and even made stops for eat and toilets. But at some point he was driving really fast and pressing the break a lot suddenly. At least when it started raining, he slowed down a bit

The driver was so Kind. He contact me on WhatsApp and waited with the wohl group at the Airport.

Me and my partner were put in the back of the van, essentially the boot with two small seats, no leg room and everyone else's bags next to us squashing us in. Only way out was the boot, so every stop bags had to be removed so we could get out.air con didn't quite reach us. Was a very rough journey and we were thrown around quite a bit as we were over the wheel arch. Also was not clear if it was the right van, the driver didn't know who I was, so I had to go searching for someone who did, eventually after walking back and forth with baggage between people in the mid day sun, we were told it was the correct van. Didn't leave puerto until around 4pm due to picking up of packages and of locals.

Very good customer service, we were able to change the departure time on the same day. Van was not too full and comfortable. The only negative thing was the driving. The driver went unnecessarily fast in sharp turns and was driving way too close to the cars in front of us.

The two women, who are working there, were looking so good for us and our tripp! Thank you for helping!

We waited more than one hour at the meeting point and we had to take car to join the Van, already on the road ...it forgot to pick up us 😌

They picked up us from the airport. Leaving and arriving on time. 5 hs trip, only one stop of 20 min for the toilet or some snack. The van was in a very good condition and had air conditioner. The driver was responsible. Our flight was canceled and they allowed us to change our trip they so we didn't missed the transfer. Higly recommended.
