The departure was on time, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and highly accommodating throughout the journey. As I was traveling alone with my infant, I truly appreciated their assistance and professionalism. However, I would like to suggest reconsidering the fare policy for infants. Currently, the infant fare is the same as the adult fare, even though infants do not occupy a separate seat and spend the entire trip on their parent's lap. Additionally, the seats are not equipped with proper support for infants. Offering a discounted fare for infants would be a thoughtful and fair consideration for families traveling with young children. Overall, I had a pleasant travel experience and appreciate the quality of service provided. Thank you.

Dmooth and fast travel

You didn't send me my e ticket! From siquior to dumaguete!!!so there was alot of stress trying to get back on the last ferry. Won't be using you again

This booking site is excellent very easy to use and so as checking into my ferry I just need to show the ticket from my phone and it’s all good to go. Will use this again.

Arrived at the port and security told me the boat trip is cancelled, port staff said the same and they all advices to buy a new ticket on a different company called OceanJet. Information desk was pretty adamant for me to buy the new ticket. No one helped me to understand what was happening. After some point I found the ticket office of HS Star Marine and they were closed, but at some point they open and said ‘no worry go to the terminal and the boat is not canceled.’ I waited one more hour without hearing any announcement and terminal information staff was not aware that the trip was happening. During this time, I heard many OceanJet announcements, but nothing for our trip. Finally 5 minutes before boarding time, a security guy called us to join the boat. Very bizarre boarding process but we finally departed. Overall they should improve their information to customers :)

Trip was good but they put us in the wrong seats, separating our family and messing up other people's group sitting.

It's fine. I preferred the slower one. This one goes so fast, it made me feel sick a little bit because it's bouncing a lot. We were a little late but nothing too bad. Generally, my experience was ok. The seats are comfortable. The staff was nice.

We took Anika Star otw to Siquijor and the ventilation was exceptionally poor in the forward section (A). We were sweating like crazy. The trip back was a tad better but still has room for improvement.

Ferry terminal in Dumaguete was nice and clean

Didn’t arrive on time. We arrived the same time with the boat departing at 6am.
