Ha Lan Limousine

All good and perfect. Very good and transparent communication before the ride. Only: Did not know that I need to switch to another vehicle in Hanoi. But no problem, it was all well organized. The Van seems to have Hanoi as destination. So other car was ready and brought me perfectly on time to the airport. All good👌

They ran in a lil late for pickup due to traffic jam. The Ha Lan limousine was so comfortable. They have leather seats with messages and great AC. They give you a free water bottle and wet wipe per seat. It was a comfortable ride. They do one stop for bathroom breaks too. I highly recommend it.

driver was more than 30 minute late and made us change veichle middle way, anyway the assistance keep us informed on whatsapp was not his fault and also got us directy to the hotel.

I didn’t face any problem. They took me at the pick up point on time, their company was messaging to me on WhatsApp. Then they transferred me to another bus to Hanoi, and in Hanoi, there was a change of a bus again. It might look strange, but a lot of companies do it here to optimize routes.

Fabulous service! The limousine was new and well-maintained. The customer service team (via WhatsApp) provided excellent support in coordinating with the driver. We were able to request hotel pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient. The only downside was a slight delay from the scheduled time, but it didn’t affect us much as we weren’t in a rush that day.

Pick up great. Arrival time great. All drivers were excellent except for the last one who picked us up in Hanoi to take us to the airport.That driver spent the entire time texting and respond to texts while he was driving. He also did personal phone calls while driving. He drove down the centre of the road on the white line often when they're was plenty of room on the road. We did not feel he was concentrating on his job. Every other driver we had was great

Only the waiting time on arrival was more other than that the service can, seat and travel was super comfortable I recommend this service

Great comfortable bus. However the company did not confirm arrangements until o contacted 12 Go and this was less than 1 hour before pick-up time. Minibus was on time otherwise, but as we arrived into Hanoi they transferred us to a private car. As we were the only one we asked the driver to be dropped off near the hotel which he said yes too, but it did not happen. Also the company claimed this was because of road closures in Hanoi, which were not on that day. So poor excuse.

Very helpful in organising alternative transport when the initial trip time changed. I ended up reaching my destination ahead of time.

The overall experience was weird, first off the FIRST car picked me up 20 minutes late. He then drove about 15 minutes and parked under an overpass, we sat there for a good few minutes. From there he opened the door and ushered me out with no real reason or explanation as to where I would go. From there I was pointed to walk up the street and board a large van, and while I was trying to board this van the seats were all completely laid back and I had to carefully slide past a woman sleeping in the seat at an uncomfortably close distance from her. From there I thought it was smooth sailing to the port but no… The driver pulled over and started speaking Vietnamese to which I cannot speak (which is my fault). Then all of the woman on the bus were speaking and ushering me to get up and leave the van, and so I did. I walked down the block to find an office for the company of my transport and waited a couple minutes to get a minivan lift to the port. It wasn’t a bad experience, but rather a interesting story to tell.

Alot of honking and transfers between cars but got us where we need to be

I got the schedule changed unexpectedly, requested to cancel my travel ticket. But it was declined with no refund, even part of ticket fee.

Unfortunately, when we opened the designated meeting point on Google Maps, it showed the wrong location. Finding a taxi to get there after landing was very difficult, and no taxi driver wanted to take us. Then, a police officer who saw us on the road helped us and ensured our car reached the correct point.

Was a little bit late, aber we made it on time to the airport. we had to change the car twice, what we didn't know in advance, but that was no problem. We also made a short break, so we could go on the toilett or buy us some snacks.
