关于 Green Planet

Green Planet
Green Planet

Olga RUnnecessary extra fees at check-in – watch out!
As soon as we arrived at the pier, we were asked where we were traveling to. Since we were about an hour early, I showed our pre-booked ticket. The staff immediately suggested that we could take an earlier boat, but only if we paid an extra fee.I declined the offer. Don't let them confuse you or pressure you into paying more! If you already have a valid ticket, you have every right to take your booked boat at the scheduled time. If you have the time to spare, just wait and say no to the upgrade. It felt like a very unpleasant attempt to extract extra money from tourists right upon arrival.

Patricia R12Go was not able to provide me with the paid traintickets from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng, Lao PDR. 12Go insisted to trust them and that they can organize the tickets. Even 5h before the train Departure they did not agree that they are not able to provide. I booked premium service but even then they did not help or make a clear statement. Very bad experience for all of my family. Very dishonest from 12Go, letting us wait and not providing us the tickets until it was too late.
