能在网上预订太好了，预订、快艇和酒店接送等一切都很顺利。但是，我们没有为儿童提供救生衣，当我要求工作人员为我的两个孩子准备救生衣时，工作人员只是笑了笑。这可不行！

温泉非常温暖，翡翠池清澈见底，令人心旷神怡。白庙还不错，但我更希望在翡翠池和温泉之后结束一天的行程。我们的导游 AB 和司机的名字我忘了，他们都非常乐于助人，会在您游泳时照看好您的随身物品。

船超载，每排 4 人挤在一个长凳上，很不舒服。当人们表达自己的担忧时，工作人员的反应是愤怒和粗鲁的，让人们 "闭嘴"。非常不专业，没有组织。 船程还不错，相当平稳准时。

到达码头。去哪里的指示很清楚，工作人员很友好，很快就到了我要去的地方

酒店的接送时间并不准确（等待 40 分钟）。船还是准时出发了。船上有些拥挤，但效率很高。

价格太贵了。 我们到了码头，价格却便宜了一半多。令人发指的估价

一切都很顺利，但如果我们直接在普吉岛的预订点预订，价格会便宜很多。

停靠的站点比预计的要多，因此晚了半个多小时才到达。而且非常颠簸。但几个小时后就习惯了。

船很好，很准时，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人

从奥南酒店到普吉岛酒店的行程非常快。没有麻烦。我会再次预订。谢谢你们。

船干净、大，问题是没有从芭东/普吉镇出发的巴士服务，所以必须花很多钱坐出租车才能准时到达。我宁愿多花点钱，在酒店或汽车站接人......

不清楚这艘船是去姚喏伊岛的，因为抵达港口说的是姚喏伊岛的一个码头！

野猪有点晚，直接在船上办理了入住手续。看起来有点即兴发挥，有点混乱。

这是我第一次乘坐快艇的经历。当我们到达同行时，没有看到公司的标志。然而，一旦我们找到它，服务就很好。在船上，我不喜欢挤在一起，只有当你站起来或者你是后排的幸运儿时才能看到。我们再次感谢司机宣布在船的前部（有行李）有座位，这样我们就可以欣赏到沿途的风景了！"！当我们到达奥南时，我们不得不走一段路，以便将我们送上前往酒店的交通工具，但这很顺利。从码头到我们在甲米市区的酒店大约需要3个小时。

船太晚了，而且太挤了。普吉岛的码头离普吉岛上的所有地方都很远。他们会要求您预订从码头到普吉岛住宿地的交通服务。您要么选择这种方式，要么在码头乘坐出租车，这种方式比较便宜，也比较私密。

船来晚了 45 分钟，我们不得不坐在船的前部，没有遮挡阳光的地方。

快 "船在邦荣码头晚点了将近 1 个小时：（我们被告知在东莱利码头集合，但随后我们就上了一艘长尾船（工作人员没有很好地解释发生了什么），到另一个地方上卡车，然后到奥南渡轮码头，在那里把行李放到真正的快船上，人们挤在船上，一切都感觉很混乱。总的来说，这次经历并不好。

晚了35分钟到达，在面包车上的转移没有被注意到，几乎错过了船，因为工作人员一直告诉我等待！这是不可能的！

比预期的更快，友好的东西，完美的组织。

服务员态度很好，乐于助人，但船上没有救生衣。这是不可接受的。我们将于周三乘坐渡轮/快艇，希望你们能在船上配备救生衣，并告诉乘客救生衣的位置。请解决这个问题，因为显然应该有救生衣。船票上还说快艇上有空调、厕所和咖啡厅，但我们一个都没看到。谢谢

Amazing. So accommodating and helpful in every way. We have been on many tours but everyone went above to make sure you were doing alright! Our guide Toy, was so sweet! You can tell she loves people and loves what she does! If we do it again we would 100% be choosing this company. We got lucky with great weather this time of the year and they made sure we enjoyed our time and each stop . :)

Departure on time, assistance with luggage and friendly skipper. It all went perfect.

It's my first time overall the service from green planet is good

All good except that the staff who meet you at the port try to force you to hire a taxi from the destination port with them at a very high price, saying that there are no taxis at the port and you will be left without transport. We obviously ignored him and paid half of what he offered.

There were 2 stops, much longer than what was advertised and we had to take a car also

Pick up from hotel was on time however driver failed to check my ticket then drove me to the wrong place, he took me to the bus terminal instead of the pier for the speedboat. I missed the service and arrived at 10.05 luckily the 10am had not departed so I was rushed onto this boat.

Simple as paying on line and turning up for your boat staff were friendly as most people are in Asia I really haven’t got a bad word to say

One of the engines stopped working so the trip took longer than expected, but the guys were great.

12Go was not able to provide me with the paid traintickets from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng, Lao PDR. 12Go insisted to trust them and that they can organize the tickets. Even 5h before the train Departure they did not agree that they are not able to provide. I booked premium service but even then they did not help or make a clear statement. Very bad experience for all of my family. Very dishonest from 12Go, letting us wait and not providing us the tickets until it was too late.

The pick up at Ao Nang was not at my hotel, but at a pick up point. Worked fine because I had hotel close, but should been informed since it stands Ao Nang Hotel Transfer. The rest of trip worked great, also the transfer to my hotel in Kamala.

I called Green Planet hotline the night before our trip to change plans- we decided to not go to the airport but Patong. The woman was very nice and said no problem. The next day we showed up at the pier and our taxi dropped us off by the Green Planet sign. We waited there until we saw the Green Planet boat and a woman from a different company told us where to go to board the boat. Once we got on, a person told us to get back off the boat and check in on the dock. Another man yelled at us on the dock, telling us we needed to check in before we got on the boat. Check in where? He berated me and also didn't know that I had changed our destination when he did get our information. We got stickers that the yelling man told us would give us a taxi to our next destination. When we arrived in Phuket, the taxi driver had no plan for us and we ended up paying our own way.

Ran smoothly and organised. Speedboat was on time, staff were efficient and helpful. Assisted us to the correct vehicle for our hotel drop off. No issues at all.

There was not much help with the luggage. The people working there were nice and polite.

Be careful. When you purchase " hotel transfer" Ticket, I imagine being picked up in hotel.. , no my friends.. "hotel transfer" is place in Ao nang, where you have to go in the centre

Boay was on time Very helpfull staff, both at the pier and in the boat Water bottles given to all passengers
