We arrived 1h later but everything was going good

The boat was over an hour late. The boat ride was very rough, everyone on board felt sick. Felt like they were trying to make up for lost time. The driver of the shuttle drove very fast and impatient. We did get a bottle of water and a bag, in case we had to trow up.

A 4h trip turn up to be 7 hours. Forget to plan anything after booking this trip, you'll be late for sure. Our trip was for 10:00 but the transfer arrived late and also picked up people with trips starting at 10:30. Why selling two starting hours to keep people waiting? To continue, at the check-in point, they make you pay a 30k IDR tax not even mentioned in the voucher. And they tell you to wait untill 13:15, in our case, to go to the boat, in a narrow sidewalk with no room to sit and heavy traffic in front of us. At 13:30 we were still waiting for people that were arriving to do the check-in. After that they took us to wait another time in the boat terminal. Why couldn't just tell us to wait there, with fans and toilets instead of in the street? We were supposed to arrived at Gili Meno at 14:00. But at 14:30 the boat was leaving Bali. Arriving at Gili T, no information was given to disembark to go to a smaller boat. we found out from another passenger who told us. With no real information about the times, what to do and the mess treating the users. The only thing that you can expect for this journey is that you will eventually arrive at your destination.

They stole 4 hours of our vacation We booked with Gili Dewata Transfer because the schedule promised departure at 10:30 AM and arrival on Gili Trawangan at 1:30 PM. Instead, we were picked up from our hotel at 9:30 AM, supposedly because of traffic. In reality, we were put on a later boat, not the one we had booked. It feels like they sold us tickets for the earlier departure just to secure the booking, then placed us on whichever boat still had available seats. We finally arrived at 4:40 PM instead of 1:30 PM. The company stole almost 4 hours of our vacation. Since we only had two days on Gili Trawangan, they effectively ruined half of our first day. Very disappointing experience.

Something went wrong and our names were not on the boat manifest, even though we had purchased the tickets more than 4 days in advance. The boat was full, so they couldn't take us. But, the employees immediately found us another boat with another company to take us, with no issues. The replacement boat got us into Sanur 1.5 hours later than we had been originally scheduled and we ended up spending much more time on the boat than we would have liked, but it all worked out in the end. I only wish that the new timeline could have been communicated to us, but I suspect language issues made that difficult.

Experience was okay, but more communication about the itinerary would have been helpful. A van picked us up, coordinated by the driver using WhatsApp, and drove us for about an hour and 15 minutes north of the pickup point to another town. We had about 2 hours to look around the town, get lunch, and get on the correct fastboat - there were several leaving from the same port building. Lanyards were provided to help with figuring out which was your boat, but that was it. The fast boat took about an hour. It all worked very well, but just about everything was a surprise. Some communication about the specifics of the itinerary, as I described, would have been welcome.

We where picked up on time, he drove safe and was really friendly.

The Transfer-car arrived almost an hour late to pick us up, and on the way back they wanted to drop us off at a different location than we had been told. The boat left on time and everything went well.

Worst ferry I’ve been on

Dangerous company, we’ve (all the people in the boat) asked them the go slower as they were navigating really dangerously. The only thing they did was laugh at all of us and showed us where the plastic bags were to vomit. But no one wanted to vomit we just wanted to survive actually…

The final destination was not the one that was designated. I had to walk a few kilometers because the driver left me somewhere else.

Bus pick up was pretty efficient - told us to meet at coco supermarket for 6:30 to leave at 7, got there at 6:30 and nobody was there! Bus came about 6:50 and there was me and 2 others. Ferry was older and basic but no issues - they leave you sitting around at the port for over an hour before setting sail. Getting on the ferry is a free for all and everyone just barges foward

I got very scared when I read the reviews on Google Map about Karuniya Luxury fast cruise, after booking the ticket. But actually it went fine. Boat stopped in Lombok then went to Padang Bai. Taxi drivers were pushy yes but honestly not more than anywhere else. The van left not long after. The only problem was that we booked a drop off at bemo corner in Kuta but the driver dropped us at Ikea and didn't want to hear anything.

The driver arrived on time and was waiting for us, and he picked us up with a name card so that we could easily find him. i strongly recommend it because he kindly provided us with cool water and above all he took us safely and quickly
