From the bus station to the island, every single member of staff was helpful and friendly! They even called me when I hadn't checked in for my bus because i was stuck in traffic. Best company in bangkok. Definitely recommend

Good experience. Coach and boat were on time. Good connections. The speedboat is a bit choppy, so if you suffer from sea sickness or are nervous on boats, take the ferry instead.

The driver stopped on the way picking new passengers over 8 times causing 40 min delay. The trip from Ekkamai to Nadan Pier was direct - no stops.

It's perfect that I don't need to queue up and to look for the transport terminal. The staff is helpful from every point.

Die Fahrt und der Fahrer an und für sich waren gut, aber wir waren fast 1 Stunde später am Ziel. Stau um und in Bangkok und wir mussten unseren Flieger erreichen..

Le chauffeur s’est arrêté plusieurs fois en début de parcours pour prendre des passagers, le retour fût assez laborieux, avec en plus des bouchons à l’entrée de Bangkok Par contre l’aller était nickel, ponctualité et organisation au top.

The boat ride from Koh Samet was not very pleasant. Small boat, Lots of people and I got very wet. The bus drive was fine😉

Getting tickets to Rayong was fine, except we were downgraded to a smaller van than the original bus we had booked and payed for. It was more difficult on the way back, the people at Nadan pier at Koh Samet seemed confused about our 12Go booking and we waited an hour for a boat, which should have taken 20 minutes.
