Well the vessels this time ( Aonang princess 7 and 9) have been OK. Anyway when we change the vessel at Railey we get into a full vessel so no sets available because some people need to reservate a lot of seats. If you sell tickets to a ferry you should guarantee a seating too.

Really nice boat that wasn’t too crowded. Had to switch boats in krabi to get to Phuket from Ko lanta. It was easy and Directions were very clear

Pretty expensive for not even with a pick-up service.
The boat itself and the logistics work very well. Though I did not expect being in a boat on rough sea without the ability to see outside the boat could be so nauseating.
The ride itself was fine (though very bumpy!) but my backpack had my small portable speaker in the side of it when I got on and it wasn’t there when I picked it up after. I noticed 4 minutes after walking away from the boat (which had driven away) and spent the next hour waiting for boat people to call people to hear that the staff said someone else must’ve taken it.
Excellent service and a very pleasant experience. The entire ferry crew was kind, patient, and helpful, especially with our luggage throughout the journey. Everyone was professional and welcoming, and we truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!
The whole ride was so rough and bumpy that I have speedboat PTSD. I guess that’s not a fault of the crew and company which is why I left 3 stars. The seats were cramped and barely fit the number of us on. They did get us off on time but because we had to get passengers off at Phi Phi, it delayed our arrival time. I don’t think I can recommend this unless it’s the absolute last resort and the weather was perfect. There was no rain/storm alert but because of the monsoon season, the waves made rough seas.
