Anonymous Reservation policy needs to be more flexible. I made a reservation for return trip. Unfortunately, it was mis-clicked so I had to change that ticket. But there is no way to do that through on/off line. And finally I found the policy about changing reservation. There is a "24 hour rule". I understood that policy. But, how about change that rule. Like me, especially from abroad hardly know that rule. At last, I had get to purchase another one :(.

Anonymous A really uncomfortable ride with a driver driving too fast all the time. Did not slow down in turns and did some dangerous turnovers. Was extremely unpleasant. My seat belt was not working either, so it was dangerous.

Anonymous Too late and extra charge. The bus was 15 minutes too late and because we had one ticket with 1 qr code the driver charges again a one way ticket.. 8,10 extra so we paid double for 1 person. Dissapointment.
