Anonymous Challenges to time schedule. The bus and the drive was perfectly fine. Due to the tourist season and heavy traffic the bus arrival to Makeska was 2 hours late ( expected arrival 18.40, but was in place 20.29). There was a service desk and a display at the bus terminal, but no information on delay and expected new timelines. I understand it is difficult to keep the schedule at tourist season and suggest therefore 1, to inform at the booking site that due to tourist season delays could occur ( and most likely will) 2, have information re the actual delay ( for the service desk to share when asking) and if possible update the arrival time on the display. If we had known how much the delay was ( or expected to be) we could have bought some food or even gone to a restaurant to eat while waiting. Now we didn't dare as there was no information at all about the delay. Last tip is to have the next bus stop visualised on a screen in the bus. Being very dark it was difficult to see where the Igrane bus station was. The church tower was a good guide :).
