Monika JTotal Scam! I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience with this service.
We arrived on time at the meeting point, 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled departure time, as requested. We found nobody there, we started to call and text the support WhatsApp number. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no information or update on the driver's arrival, they finally replied and told us that the driver would not come. We were then offered two options: a refund or a second driver. We opted for the second driver and again we had no confirmation or reply for over 30 minutes. Then, finally, they gave us the number of the second driver for us to call him directly. The second driver said he was coming, but we had an additional estimated waiting time of 30-40 minutes, on top of the time we already lost (1 hour and 15 min). He assured us that he would arrive on time. However, after waiting for more than 50 minutes, the second driver also failed to show up and did not provide any update or communication regarding the delay. Therefore we waited a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, no one replied anymore. We asked then the refund of the money we paid and they didn't reply anymore. We have the svreenshots of the WhatsApp chat we had with both the first person/driver and the second driver to prove the misconduct and the lies about arriving.
This experience is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the quality and reliability of your service. I requestied an immediate full refund of what we paid for this failure of a service but so far no response.

Guillermo The driver never showed up and never contacted. I tried to contact the taxi Company but they didn't reply.

Dominic VThe driver was really nice, but we paid for a car by ourselves and there was 2 other tourists in the car with us for more than half of the trip. We were okay with other people being in the same car as us but we should’ve be paid less than the full price.
