Daniel GDrop off was not like described at Java. It was just at the port in Bali

Jakub BConvenient and probably the cheapest way to get to Banyuwangi. Drivers were extremely friendly. We departed on time but arrived with a delay little bit over an hour. But it was because of some accident on the way and not the company's fault. Traffic in Bali can be sometimes crazy.

Johanna KI don’t recommend female solo travelers to take that bus. When we arrived at the pick up point strangers helped us to find out where we need to go since there were no signs. We had to text the number on our ticket to make sure we are right. He then gave us the number of our driver (who just sent us a picture out of the car with no context, so we didn’t actually know when we will be picked up … by then it was 10:30)The driver arrived at 10:45 instead of 10am. The air conditioning in the car was poor (the driver turned it on for like 20min) but with the windows down it was okay. He drove fast so we actually got to the ferry punctual.
He wasn’t able to speak English and just parked the car and basically dropped us off without any explanation. Luckily we found our way to the ferry by ourselves
All in all I still would have described the experience as okay and worth its price.
But then when we were on the ferry the driver texted me disgusting things like baby and called me. Before that he already asked me if I was married and made weird comments to me even though I told him that I was married.
I was lucky that I was not alone in the car. But as a girl be careful!!

Naemi WWe didn’t receive the address of the station after booking. On the day of the trip we went to the place that google maps showed under the station’s name just to be told that the bus doesn’t leave from there and we have to go to another station that was more than 30 minutes by taxi away from where we were. Thank god we came an hour before departure. So we were rushing to the other station not even sure if the information was correct as it had a different name from what we had booked. Paying for a taxi for the second time now. When we arrived the staff told us that our bus left from there so we were relieved. But at departure time it still wasn’t there. After getting a bit worried we asked again and found out that it leaves two hours after the time we booked. And throughout the journey the delay got even more so we had to change our trip plans completely arriving way too late at our destination. Very unorganised process and waste of money as we had to pay for taxi twice just because of lack of information.
