Elliot CJ’étais dubitatif quand a l’adresse écrite sur le voucher. J’ai contacté 12go pour savoir si c’était normal, ils ont répondu avoir contacté l’opérateur et que tout était normal quand a l’adresse donnée. Sauf que l’adresse avait bien changée et j’ai été prévenu par l’opérateur 1h avant le départ. Ça ne m’a pas été dérangeant mais à 5 min près je me rendais à la mauvaise adresse loin de la nouvelle. Ensuite on avait un bus de 13h, rien à dire sur la qualité du bus, cependant pas d’arrêt toilettes sur les 8 dernières heures qui ont donc été très longues et l’adresse finale n’était pas la même que celle écrite. Nous avons donc dû prendre un taxi à nos frais pour faire la distance restante jusqu’à point de notre voucher où était situé mon hébergement. Et comme d’habitude la bus arrive bien avant l’heure dire donc on se fait chier avec nos sacs plus longtemps en ville.

Camille Le bus devait arriver à 18h30 mais il est arrivé seulement à 20h ! A part ça c’était parfait ! Vous pouvez les contacter sur whatsapp, ils répondent, c’est utile à savoir quand le bus est en retard.
Les cabines sont spacieuses, le conducteur ainsi que les personnes à bord sont très gentils

Alain JService impeccable, personnel aimable, bus moderne et en bon état, mais il me manquait 15 cm de longueur de cabine pour passer une vraiment bonne nuit. Je mesure 1m85.
Une fois trouvé une position confortable, j’ai pu dormir, donc globalement satisfait.

Charlie NBus was 2.5hrs late to depart. Driver used horn nonstop for 15hrs and was yelling all night. Impossible to sleep. Toilet was locked too.

Sharath CBooked at bus- 6pm to 7am. They contacted me saying that bus is full, changed me to 5:30pm bus. Then at 4:30pm pn that day they called me multiple times saying I need to be there by 5pm to check-in and that was a blatant lie, I rushed to the bus station and we left the bus at 5pm and not 5:30pm, like it's their wish at that point. And reached one hour later that what I booked even though I took a bus that left one hour early.

Jerry KThe bus ride was okay. Although it didn't start from the location or at the time mentioned. They managed to pick me up from the boarding point mentioned in the ticket to the bus location. Bust started after an hour. The bus had minor problems but they managed to reach the location on time.
The bus cubicle is not a comfortable one for longer hours and the ride was bumpy.
Although I didnt like the office staffs attitude at Hoi An, The bus drivers where really helpful and helpful.

Christophe -The clerk at the office in Hoi An was super rude and unhelpful, she disnt give the shirt tag to everyone in the bus.
-we had to walk under the rain with our luggage to go to the bus that disnt want to pick up the travelers directly at the office
-one or two locals smoked in the bus
