Gary OEh bien, on nous a tout d'abord dit de venir nous chercher à un certain endroit. On nous a donné la photo d'une carte où nous devions nous trouver. On nous a même donné des coordonnées GPS. Et pourtant, le bus est parti d'un autre endroit. Nous avons dû marcher 20 minutes avec tous nos bagages. Le chauffeur n'a pas voulu faire un tour de 4 minutes pour venir nous chercher sur une route principale. Nos bagages ont été couverts de poissons, de nourriture, de boue et de liquide nauséabond et dégoûtant dans l'entrepôt. Le siège et le voyage étaient assez confortables, mais l'expérience a été médiocre dans l'ensemble.

Mette The bus was comfortable and very clean. The driving was a bit wild as the driver struggled to get us there on time due to traffic in certain areas, maybe because of Lunar New Year. We departed on time but were 90 minutes late to the destination. The crew was kind and helpful. They didn’t speak English but managed to communicate anyway. Some prerecorded announcements on the bus were in English. All in all a pretty good experience.

Gleb TThe trip itself was good, but finding the bus stop wasn't very obvious.
They welcomed us warmly and held an umbrella for us...
Upon arrival, the staff were surprised that we had stayed on the bus, as it was almost empty by the time it reached the final stop. Our suitcase was already waiting for us at the exit, which was great, but it was so dirty and the lock was open. Even though I had locked it with a combination lock, nothing was missing, but it had been tossed around in the storage compartment, which was awful.

Michael Sapa travel booked the worst bus considering paid top deluxe witg 2 isles of sleeper bus on bus ! Was 3 abreast tight uncomfortable sleeper wifi was useless quality exttremely poor arrivin over 1 + hours late from Quy Nonh to destination Da Nang not from mechanical issues or driver fault l do not recommend Sapa Travel !! Please book with HT bus Company AAA RATING " DO NOT USE SAPA TRAVEL " over priced and cheat off the brochure booking you made ! IF POSSIBLE USE HT BUS SERVICE "

Carmel PThe service provided was excellent, from being meet with the lady with an umbrella to direct us into the airconditioned room, then on to the bus. The staff were very pleasant and strict on board the bus if there were any passengers making noise.
The bus was basic compared to other lines we have used, no USB points, smaller, no privacy curtains.
When we retrieved our suit cases at the end of the trip, they were filthy and slightly damaged from being in the under storage area.
