• About The Standard 5-Day Pass gives you unlimited travel for 5 consecutive days on Taiwan Railways’ Juguang (莒光號) and below trains, plus any 2 days of your choice within those 5 days to ride the Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR). It’s a flexible and cost-effective way to explore the island quickly and comfortably.

• Coverage Taiwan Railways: Valid for Juguang trains and all lower categories.

• THSR Stations Included: Nangang, Taipei, Banqiao, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan, Zuoying. 📍View route map

Seat Reservation (TR): For Taroko, Puyuma, and 3000-series Tze-Chiang trains (non-business class), all seats require booking. Show your ticket, passport, and entry document at the counter.

Entry: Show your pass and passport to staff near the gate to enter.

Restrictions:

Not valid for THSR business class.

Not valid for Taiwan Railways’ tourist, cruise-style, or business-class 3000-series Tze-Chiang trains.

Eligibility: Only for non-Taiwanese travelers staying under 180 days. Not available to those residing in Taiwan for work or study.
