The best thing is that the schedule was met despite the weather at the border. The bus does not have to charge the phone, without Wi-Fi. Only 1 stop of 10 minutes for toilets 1 hour after departure, without informing in English.
The bus left on time. There free free places for a more confortable trip. Toilet inside the bus. The driver drove very well and safe. Space above the seat to leave luggage. The driver stopped once in the border crossing to let us use the toilet. The bus did not have wifi. Online ticket was not availble, you have to print it. The driver spoke only few words in English but enough to drive foreigners. The seats are not the most comfortable in the world. One thing that I don't understand in many Balkan countries is the need to pay an extra ticket to enter the platforms where you get on the bus, even having already bought the ticket for the bus.
It was very hot, in the bus. The air conditioning does not work very well. Beautiful scenery! Good driving by the driver! It was too hot, even though the bus was nearly empty. I can only imagine what it must be like when the bus is full of passengers, perhaps unbearable!
Night travel with a lot of hurry. The minibus was comfortable and warm. The driver has very bad manners, he didn’t speak english but he yells in us, and another passenger has to translate; and the yells were just about the docs we needed at the frontier which we had. Also we were scammed at the bus station paying a “tax” for printing the tickets the ones we already had printed otherwise we cannot get to the bus. The lady there was trying us to pay the whole amount of the ticket.
Skopje-Ohrid Trip. Driver was so kind and professional. Actually the bus was so old. Because of that, especially, way of the back to Skopje, We were so tired and felt terrible.
Need to update their buses. Driver didn't drive fast, so felt comfortable in that aspect. Said 3 hours but more like 3.45hrs. Bus very old. Air con above heads all taped up with tape. Litter from previous people still behind the seats. Windows filthy. Really need to get newer buses as the one we were on was very old and falling to pieces. When driver changed the gears you could hear them grinding.
Courteous Driver. The driver was very professional and courteous to the passengers, something lately you do not see with the other bus lines. Good job!
Poorly kept bus.seats broken and dirty. Seats were broken and material upholstery was very dirty. Tyres on bus had pieces out of them. Luggage door space held open by a large piece of timber..very dangerous if it fell while putting suitcase in as bus driver didn't stack cases away. All over very poor ..won't travel with this company again.
We already were one hour late and than the bus broke down 40km before Ohrid and we had to wait for more than an hour in the sun anywhere in the middle of nowhere for a new bus.
The bus left on time and arrived more or less on time. The cleanliness of the bus was poor , you couldn’t see the outside through the windows as they were so dirty.
The driver was super friendly. I thought I had booked a direct trip to Ohrid (3h as advertised, there were longer options but I specifically chose this one) but we made several stops and arrived about 50 minutes later than planned.
It was so easy, in sence - comunication with driver. He reviewed my online stamp ticket scan code, and he gave mi the ticket named by my name, as I entered the bus. No problem at all. The quality of bus. Dirty windows, floor and seat.
Unsafe trip. High speed in curvy and narrow roads. Driver was partly more interested in his cellphon. Nice copassenger. The minibus was overloaded and one woman had to sit on the floor between suitcases. Also very high speed on the highway. I'd rather use longer time to feel safe.
The bus suddenly stopped in the middle or the street several times. Engine failed. Bus driver had issues with the gears, engine failed at least 5 times in the middle of the street sometimes in steep environments when we crossed the mountain. There were no safety belts in the bus it was so old.
Bus did not have the amenities needed for comfortable and smooth travel. The bus had no AC and half of the bus had torn off or fully had no curtains on the windows. The whole bus ride was uncomfortable and rocky to say the least, I felt nauseaous the whole time. Plus, the driver did not stop at "Mekicite od Strazha" even though everyone clearly told him that we wanted him to stop there. Finally, the bus was anticipated to reach Skopje at around 21:00 pm, but due to traffic and the driver's constant stopping around the entirety of the city to let off passangers beforehand, we reached the final bus stop at 22:30. Overall, I am unhappy with the service and would not purchase a ticket again.
Easy to board, the driver was friendly; even thought there was little English, he was helpful. The ease of finding the bus, the comfort, the timeliness which was in the control of the driver (He has no control over border crossings). No wifi on the bus or in either bus station on this trip.
I was worry about the bus making it through the mountains! It was making a push! The driver was very nice. The bus was old and it did not have seat belts!
Bad experience. The air conditioning wasn’t working and was leaking, causing me to get wet. Additionally, the driver didn’t speak English, and we arrived an hour late to the destination.
Very expensive bus ticket and a big surprise. It was not a bus It was a very old van and the air conditioner didn't work properly and the sun was very hot!
The bus was in such bad condition that smoke was cerated in the bus on the slopes after 45 minutes. After 45 minuters diskussion the driver couldn’t find another bus. We drove further very slowly and was 1,5 hour late to Skopje. Sometimes the driver drive with the door open cause of the smoke.
Good service. Bus arrived on time. The bus was clean and air conditioned and the drive was smooth. A 15 minute stop off half way at a station so we could get food/coffee and use toilet. Journey took about 45 minutes longer than the 3 hours but we understand that this happens. The only critique I have is that when we stopped half way the driver didn’t let us know that this was a stop to get some food so we were all a little bit confused.
