Si nos hubieran hablado de la carretera y de lo que tardaríamos nos lo habríamos esperado . Tenemos que volver por esa carretera dentro de dos días para coger un vuelo, así que tardaremos al menos 6 horas en llegar. Al parecer, la carretera no se arreglará hasta dentro de un año.

Benjamin WFue un servicio muy bien organizado dirigido por 2 personas principales que dejaron claro dónde teníamos que estar y cuándo. Se aseguraron de que cogiéramos el autobús correcto y de que fuéramos al lugar correcto.
El autobús era muy incómodo, mi mochila ni siquiera cabía delante de mi asiento, no había espacio suficiente, y mucho menos cabían mis piernas. Llegamos con más de una hora de retraso.

Eleanor CNo salimos de Kampot hasta 1 hora después de la hora de salida. Acabamos dando un rodeo de 40 minutos para volver a la oficina (de donde habíamos salido) y recoger a más gente. Al final llegamos a Kampot a las 15h en vez de a las 13h30. El conductor también paró varias veces para comprar comida o recoger a otras personas. No iría con esta compañía si tienes planes en Kampot para más tarde ese día.

Kyra NWas not told about the multiple transfers. Boat from koh rong to sihanoukville was good. Everyone kind. Bus from sihanoukville to kampot good. But was unaware of a transfer. Got on another bus from there and then after a stop, was dropped at border to Vietnam. Everything good there. Except for the seatbelts being broken. Waited on Vietnam side for a while. Cafe i was told to wait in was hell and everyone that worked there was an absolute disgrace. Nothing to do with the company, but id avoid. Another van brought me from border to bus station. And then had to get on a Sleeper. Which is where majority of my rating comes in. There is no other way to describe the driver of the Sleeper bus other than an ignorant asshole. Slamming on breaks. Constantly honking. Then screamed at me when I asked for toilet. Zero communication skills. Maybe let your drivers know that screaming doesnt = understanding. Disgusting behavior. Was also 2hrs late.

• In Kampot, the departure was delayed by 40 minutes.
• After crossing the border, we waited 30 minutes at the meeting point for our driver. We were not informed of his location or what he was waiting for.
Overall, the communication between the different transport segments was very poor.
• The driver who kept us waiting after the border crossing had major communication issues. While his English level was acceptable, his tone and instructions were unclear, coercive, and confusing. He refused to answer questions or provide explanations.

Tasmin HI would not recommend this company if you want to go the Kep. I asked twice, to two different people, if this was the bus to Kep and they said yes. It was suppose to stop at Kep on the way to the Vietnam boarder but this did not happen. I asked in the van when they dropped off a colleague if I should get off for Kep as we weren't too far away and the person next to the driver told me no, we're "x" amount of km away. We then passed the beach area and the bus driver showed no signs of stopping which is when I said something. When I was let off the bus we were 10-15 minutes away from Kep tourism office where I should've been dropped off. There was no tuktuk/grab and I had to hitch hike back. There was no apology from the driver.

Megan LThe wrong pier was put on the ferry tickets and no one thought to inform us after multiple phone calls of us trying to find where to pick up tickets. Eventually when we found it 35 minutes later, they knew this was an issue. The ferry was over an hour late which would’ve been fine if we were told. Lots of people sick on the ferry. Got to the bus station to be told we’d missed the bus as the ferry was late and had to wait 2 hours. Tour office smelt as rubbish was everywhere so couldn’t wait there. Eventually when we got on the bus the driver drove fast down the bumpy roads and we had to stop to have the tyre fixed. Said we would arrive at 5:15 and arrived at 8pm
