Durante el día, un servicio exprés ofrece la mejor relación calidad-precio, ya que hace menos paradas que un autobús de clase normal o estándar y viaja más rápido. Para algunas rutas es crucial elegir la clase correcta. Por ejemplo, un autobús de clase ordinaria o segunda clase puede tomar 6 horas para cubrir la misma distancia que recorre un autobús de primera clase o exprés en dos horas.

- Los billetes de autobús son muy económicos. Es cierto que hay opciones que son costosas, como la primera clase o la VIP, pero si se tiene un presupuesto limitado, el autobús es el primer medio de transporte a considerar.
- Igualmente, hay diferentes clases de servicio que se adaptan a cualquier presupuesto. Si lo que buscas es un mayor nivel de confort, los autobuses también lo ofrecen.
Desventajas de los Viajes en Autobús
- Las terminales de autobuses interurbanos pueden estar situadas en las afueras de la ciudad. Esto significa que tendrás que calcular tiempo y dinero extra para el traslado. Luis ILa organización nos pidió que fuésemos una hora antes esa misma tarde. Nos esforzamos mucho para cambiar nuestros planes y llegar a la hora convenida y sin embargo llegaron casi a la misma hora que teníamos acordada previamente. Es decir, después de hacernos adelantar la hora de recogida nos hicieron esperar casi una hora.

Vera HThe bus was an hour late, but we were informed to be there even earlier than originally planned so we just had to sit around for 90min. The bus itself was great, snacks and lunch were included. The second driver was no good. He Facetimed, did snapchat updates, chatted on WhatsApp and talked incredibly loudly to his friends on the phone. He also drove like a mad man (worse than unusual driving here). We didn't feel very save while he was driving.

Marina PTruly excellent. Not only was the bus very comfortable, we were also handed complimentary water and snacks to start the ride. Then, at the first stop, we ate at a buffet for free. We arrived overall on time (20min delay at our pickup point due to traffic).
I believe the option we had was “Executive”.
We appreciated the service and recommend it warmly!

Birgit BThe bus was extremely comfortable with much room for the legs. The service on board was excellent. There was also a 30-minute break on the way and all the passengers got free food at the little restaurant there.
The only problem was to find the place where the bus would leave in Surabaya. There were no proper signs.

Fien HAirconditioned vehicle, with plenty of space. You get a snack and make a stop at noon for lunch (which was free for us, between Yogyakarta and Malang). We had a little delay of only 15minutes (because of traffic).
For the departure, you have to check in at the agency, which is located in the street of terminal Prambanan. It wasn’t very clear ik the beginning how it would work, but you just have to check in there and they will take you across the street when the bus arrives.
Very comftable way to travel.

Albert BThe only information about the pick-up point was an adress and it was the wrong one. Many other people also did not go to the right spot. We found out through a random whatsapp on a instagram page. They came to pick us up at another spot. The ride was great then though.

The service at the agency was excellent. The girls there are really professional and help you out when it is time to catch the bus. You receive a message from the driver advising you that he is going to arrive soon at the agency to pick you up.
Once on the bus, you have space for reclining the seat and stretch your legs. The driver will provide you with a little snack and there will be time for a lunch break.
I travelled during days of Muslim holidays so the traffic was greater than usual. We encountered an accident and had to stop to help another Efisiensi bus which got a flat tyre.
I arrived with 1h30min delay due to all the aspects mentioned above, consider potential delays when booking.
The only negative aspect is that the driver and assistant of the driver only spoke Indonesian and I could not understand what was going on: how much time do we have for coffee break, is the food for lunch included in our ticket. Anyway, you can use Google Translate and have a conversation with them, I am sure they are helpful if you ask.
Bus stops are not announced, but you clearly see where you are following the signs on the street or on Google Maps.
The bus has air conditioning and USB ports to charge your phone. You will be provided with pillow and blanket

Maria Eit was a really luxury busride, one of the best I have ever had on our world ;)) - the seats were so comfortable (soft), there was a lot of extra space for the feet, a blanket and a pillow for coziness - they give snacks (biscuits and crackers) and water for every passenger on the start, plus also the lunch was included, which was really really nice and delicious food - very friendly staff, good work!! - also they were on time - thanks for ride, would always book again :))

Goof LBus was very comfortable and the driver had a good balance between speed and safety. We even had lunch included at a reststop.
