Anonymous Good journey to Zagreb, the driver was nice. The bus was on time, the driver was nice. No USB ports on board, the Croatian music was too loud and just awful to listen to, even with my noise cancelling earbuds I could still hear it.

Anonymous Good service, nice driver, arrived on time. The bus arrived on time at the bus station. The driver was very nice and polite, he wasn't Croatian. The bus was cold so a fellow passenger asked for the heating to be out on which he did. It was 5.30 am and despite there only being a few people on the bus an old woman started abusing me because I was sat in a seat she wanted to sit in! Some people are just so angry with everything. I got up took all of my things and went and sat in a better seat near the front of the bus.

Anonymous We were late on arrival in Zagreb. The driver wasn't really secure and i didn't feel safe. All in all i would never travel with this bus.

Anonymous so so. the bus was fairly tidy. the seats are uncomfortable for my height. no option to choose a seat. the trip took 1.5 longer!

Anonymous Ima Internet we fee. Kašnjenje polaska pola sata zbog prodaje karata više nego što ima mjesta pa provjera rezervacija karata pa izlazak viška putnika.. Naravno kašnjenje na odredište više od sat i po te smo zakasnili na sljedeći bus u 16 za Tešanj. Eto toliko.

Anonymous To He'll and Back. Nothing. Going on a bus trip for 4 to 5 hours is akin to going into combat. When was the last time the shock absorbers were checked on these busses? The intervals between rest stops are too short, and often the bus driver takes off without checking If everyone is back aboard. Blow the damn horn. Yes, it is right there in the middle of the steering wheel. Duh. Everything. Once again, and for more times than I can remember, please tell the drivers to turn off the music blaring over the loudspeakers above every passenger's head. If they need to listen to this noise, to keep awake, then they can do so at a moderate volume near them as they drive. For many years, I have had to endure the worse yodeling, off key belting, third-rate rock anthems and other assorted cacophony associated with what is loosely called "music" in this country. While you are asking for feedback (of which you never directly address other than the anodyne response of "Thank you for your comments..we are..always..looking to..improve..blah,blah, blah.) Sometimes, I imagine all of you sitting around a table reading complaints and laughing at how upset customers are, all the while knowing nothing will change. We know you don't care. However, since you asked, why are the toilets always locked in the bus? The COVID restrictions have long since passed. Open them up!
