The bus was around an hour late for pickup and then stopped for nearly another hour after pickup, the seats were terribly uncomfortable and my spot was especially noisy.
I was not impressed! I will not travel that way again.

Jayme SGlad we made it. 4 hours late, stopped so often to pick up cargo. Our 20min toilet stop lasted 45mins - despite already being very behind schedule.
No ticket required to get on. Just seemed very chaotic and unorganised. Fine if you have all the time in the world. Only bonus was we somehow got a 22 Cabin when we booked a 32 Sleeper!

Zoé FOn Time, we received messages on Whatsapp to tells us all the informations we needed like the pick up point and the schedule. So all good, just one thing is that in Hanoi the street ares small so you have to be really on time to take the bus because it just drop you and go.
Also for this travel, they drop people off one by one at their cruise agency, so no need to walk, that's great! Bottle of water provided on this trip and a stop where you can do shopping.

Letícia SI felt like I paid for a standard service but got a VIP upgrade, as the bed was much more spacious and comfortable this time. The drivers were polite and drove carefully, and we arrived well ahead of schedule. The restroom, though small, was clean.

Then we had to change buses into a worse bus after I paid for the premium seats in a limousine. The seats were pretty uncomfortable and my arm rest was broken. Disappointed since I paid extra for good seats and got stuck on a crap bus. Other than that it was an alright trip.

Kata TWe waited 1h for the driver to have his 3 ice creams, 2 coffees just to stop 5 min after to fil l the tank. The bus is very filthy and old. The bathroom stank of urine, everyone was going in there without slippers and stepping in the filth just to drag it across the bus. My journey was from Hanoi to Danang, they woke us up by screaming at us at 7AM in Hue, they made us change buses, carry our luggage all by screaming and shouting at us. This company is a total joke. Staff is very rude, they don't speak english they just shout and point to things. Book with any other operator if you have some self respect

Ella ODon’t book this, I’m 5’3 and I barely fit, the width is so narrow you have no space, it wasn’t like the images at all, I was told I was booking the vip one (I spent £25) which is one I’ve been on before and was very lovely but this was nothing like it. The staff were rude and started driving the minute I got through the doors so I fell. Also you don’t get a set seat so have to scramble to find one whilst the bus is moving. Not to mention it was 1 hr later than it said it would be so I was waiting an hour and a half, since it said to get there 30 mins before, on the side of the road whilst buses were continuously going past and without knowing the number plate of the bus as I was never told, so that was quite stressful especially since it was 9pm. The bus clearly hadn’t been cleaned so there was crumbs everywhere.

Louise MThis was a really good bus service, there were numerous wee stops a long the way and a slightly longer one to get food. Of course the food is slightly more pricey at the bus stops. The driver was safe and the sleeper was comfortable. Really nice views along the way too!

Cindy G12go shows reservation with King Express but bus that picked us up was Queen Cafe. The bus was disgusting. Dirty and in need of repairs. Most of the recliners were stuck in only one position, had to share outlets and they didn’t all work. Didn’t see any outlets for middle row. Only curtains on the windows. None for the other side of seats. So middle row had no curtains at all. Bathroom smelled really strong of piss. Seats weren’t very comfortable.

Mireina EBus left exactly on time, arrived 1 hour later than the planning. But we stopped for 30 minutes so you could order some dinner, and go to the restroom. There was a toilet on board. Comfortable chairs

Thomas FFrom the Information hoben before booking, you couldn’t tell, that you have to change vehicles twice (once in Hanoi and once in Ninh Binh). But over all I’m happy with the Trip. The Main Bus was very comfortable.

Emma FThe bus wasn’t as luxury as pictured, saw a nice leather bed with curtains and got one with holes in it and completely open. The bus had a toilet which meant they made less regular toilet breaks, which some people may like. We kept making stops at post offices and a peculiar package was on the bed in front the whole time. We also were stopped for about an hour just on the side of a busy road at one point which kind of freaked me out. Every time I got somewhat comfy and almost to sleep the driver beeped his horn about ten times just to nudge me back up. +2 stars for getting me from a to b safely and giving me some stories x

Janice MWe booked the bus from Halong Bay to Hanoi. The voucher stated that we had to meet the bus at the meeting point in the International Harbour in Halong Bay and that we would be dropped off in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Therefore we expected to have to get a cab for the short ride at either end to the meeting points. On the morning our booking, the driver rang to ask where we wanted picking up and we were subsequently collected from our hotel and dropped off at our hotel at the other end. This was excellent service and a pleasant surprise, especially considering the very low cost.
