The Bus was ontime, but first we didnt have a cabin in the sleeper bus. So they kind of overbooked it. But after this start, everything was nice. Except if you are taller than 180cm, than be prepared to fold like an Origami :)

Not as comfortable as it looks but it was good. Only problem is that there was no toilet and don’t know when they stop for rest.

The bus was about half an hour late but the tour information team were very helpful and informative the whole way through. The beds were comfortable enough, but quite narrow and everytime someone walked past, the curtain was moved annoyingly. But other than that, was a good trip.

Pros: Bed was sufficient comfortably, closed cabins so the train noise allowed us to sleep well. You travel while you sleep, save on accommodation. Still an experience to make the journey on these trains. Nobody checked our tickets and there’s no need to have printed version. Cons: cleaning is like the average in Vietnam. Just take baby wipes with you ;-) Only one power socket per cabin, better to have a multiple usb charger, so everyone can charge their devices. Train was late. You only get access to platforms like 10min before train arrives.

Reliable enough but the 10 emails for booking; no usb charging points & a carriage out of the 19th century … a sleeper bus is the better option frankly.

Bus was late and the bus didn't have Tbus name on it so was confusing. I picked a seat/bed and then was rudely told to move so he could put luggage there and had to go thenback squashed with a man when he could have put luggage back there instead which I'm sure the man would also have preferred. Luggage was stored in the aisles too anyway. When leaving the bus I was panicked as my bag was missing from underneath and wasn't placed outside. I then had to go back on the bus to find it had been put in an aisle at the back randomly and i was not told. Stressful thinking I had lost it.

Very uncomfortable ride for someone with back problems. Toilets were overflowing for whole trip and virtually unusable

The train was loud and rickety on the tracks but we did managed to get some sleep! Couldn't tell if the sheets were clean or not, but it really wasn't as bad as we were expecting! No roaches or anything so, pretty decent!
