Personnel toujours autant peu aimable et agréable. 'nombreux arrêts pour des livraisons de colis et autres on ne sait pas trop pourquoi. Et surprise après 10h de trajet, plus de valise dans la soute... On a du se débrouiller tout seul pour la récupérer, pas d'aide de la compagnie de bus.

The Office in Hoi An was a complete chaos. Our bus left one hour later than scheduled. The blankets were unfold like just used by previous trip passengers. No curtains neither wifi nor chargers as shown in the photos while booking. I paid more than a regular ticket thinking it was the bus in the photo. Dissapointed

Bus wasn’t on time. It was quite an old one, so I didn’t fit at all into the seat (I’m 1.90 m). We stopped several times to pick up more people, we Ware quite stacked in the end. There was no water. In the end we were 2h late for such a short drive (hoi an to hue).
