Vehicle on time and confortable (at least if you measure less than 1m75). It's normal It's adapted to size of people here, but a bit uncomfortable for tall people

Not a good organization in comparison of other services in Vietnam. Staff was not friendly, not helpfull and the seat were not in good condition...

Office was a little tricky to find in Hanoi (there are different ones per destination), but they also do hotel pickup. Van / bus was decently comfortable. Padded seats with some recline, but also had to store some luggage in aisle and at feet. Arrived on time in Ha Giang.

Booked bus, got cancelled few hours later, had to negotiate another service with then, got told to come to their office at a set time, had to wait around for a taxi to take me elsewhere, taxi came took me to wrong location. Had to contact office to advise sent photo of location. They said wait. They didn't check to see where is was was waiting over half an hour. They sent another taxi to pick me up and then it took me 10 miles away to where the bus had to stop and wait for me... complete nightmare 2... did finally get to my destination but doubt use this company again seem very amateur

Really shitty bus, as others already stated, there are two very uncomfortable 5-person-beds in the back and the staff is screaming at tourists to get in those instead of the better single beds. The bus arrived 2 hours later than promised. No toilet on the bus and the driver gets really angry if you ask for a toilet break. Spend the extra money and treat yourself to a VIP bus, its worth it.
