12Go - I don't know who should update bus times, but the1620 bus is not a 1620 bus. The place where we have to meet for the bus even has it down as a service leaving at 1700 (which we only found our when asking why the bus was so late). It was absolute chaos. There were a lot of people waiting for buses and no information was being given about what time they might arrive. Then suddenly about 5 buses turned up and no-one could find out which bus was for where as the one member of staff was dealing with one bus. We were eventually allowed to board a bus which set off at 1755. Not everyone fit on, but were told there would be another one. Our bus still had the litter on from the passengers on the previous trip, and we used the same blankets that they had left. Most of the seats were broken so wouldn't sit up at all. The driver drove safely and the seats were comfortable to sleep on - the only positive thing i can say about the service. At the rest stop (squat toilets) we collected more passengers (locals), who sat along the aisles. A completely different experience to the bus I got from HCMC

We booked T-Bus but when we turned up to the departure point it was outside the Queen Cafe office and it was a Queen Cafe bus (this also happened to other people we spoke to later). We were worried as we had deliberately been avoiding Queen Cafe due to its terrible reviews. That said, the bus was a limousine sleeper and was new, clean and comfortable. We left an hour late but made up time on the road - also someone phoned me earlier in the day to let me know which was much appreciated. So a surprisingly good experience given turned out to be Queen Cafe.
It was okay, they sold too many tickets and 4 people were sleeping on the floor on a mattress. The bus was dusty and a dirty near the window ledge and in the cup holders. The bus driver was okay.

The trip was alright but we arrived an hour late and the bus smelled to bad from the toilet on board. It was disgusting and we all felt bad during the trip
Driver operated on his own schedule, leaving about 10 minutes early and telling passengers they did not have enough time for toilet/buying a sandwich.
We took a 10 km detour and stayed parked in the middle of nowhere for about 20 minutes waiting for a van to come and load stuff onto the bus. Driver would not tell us what we were doing there, or when we’d have an official toilet break.
Driver smoked on the bus, even when passengers requested he stop because it made them nauseous. He said to use a bag to vomit.
Check-in lady at the office would not help passengers when they had confirmation emails from 12goasia. Seemed disorganized.
Journey was fine and it was definitely one of the cheapest options for Dong Hoi to Phong Nha at the time. You have to accept some delay etc but given how many extra stops the bus took, it was never going to be the 4 hour journey that was suggested. It's not a complaint really, just worthwhile knowing for this journey.

Bus didn’t depart for over an hour after the specified time and the driver wouldn’t explain why, just kept saying 10 more mins.
We arrived at 22:20 rather than 21:00…
Bus is one of the very old ones so no charging and I’m not sure the blankets are clean…

The scheduled departure was at 16:45, we gathered in front of the company office, they took us to the bus station with a taxi, but then we had to wait there on the bus (with engine turned on) for 1h30 hours. The bus was very cold because of the air-conditioning and in the last seats near to the toilet there was a bad smell of urine
The bus was ok, we started a little later and arrived 1 hour late. During the 4 hour drive we took one break at the rest stop, the bus toilet worked halfway. The bunks were ok with pillows and blankets, but quite cramped. But good for the price.
