Leo LMy trip from Laos to Vietnam was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. To start with, they clearly oversold the journey because there weren’t enough seats for everyone. I ended up sitting on a plastic chair in the aisle for two hours, which was uncomfortable and felt completely unsafe.
What made things worse is that they force you to pay extra fees along the way, even though their website clearly states that you don’t have to. It felt misleading and dishonest, like they know exactly what they’re doing and just expect people to go along with it.
The conditions on board were terrible too. They would consciously turn the air conditioning off, leaving everyone sweating, and you have no control over things like the lights. You’re basically stuck in whatever environment they decide.
The driver didn’t help the situation either—he was extremely rude and rushed us at every point. His attitude was poor throughout the trip and he came across as unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful.
To top it all off, when they stopped for a “toilet break,” there were no proper facilities—just a bush on the side of the road. Considering this is a 30-hour journey, the fact that there’s no toilet on board is ridiculous.
Overall, the entire experience felt poorly managed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise avoiding this service if you have any other option.

Ryan MComfortable bus to be fair - as a guy over 6 foot you expect it to be cramped but to be fair comfortability was alright. Service was by far the worst I have ever encountered in the months I have traveled Asia. 0 attempt to communicate even if we pulled out Google translate. One of the staff punched my feet 4 times because I was lucky enough to have the seats infront of me empty so I put my legs over them (Not gentle punches either). And we just got dropped off at places with no idea what to do - we didn’t know if they were toilet breaks or food stops so twice we bought dishes we hd to leave half empty because there was no time. The border was horrific - no idea what we were doing, the other passengers and I just guessed our way through it. Most disappointingly, we were advertised a toilet on board, free wifi and a completely different seat layout that what we were given. No toilet or wifi. Getting on the bus at the station was awful because we had bo idea which bus was ours as everyone was telling us different things. Honestly, if the bus wasn’t as half - decent as it was then I would have given this a 0 star if I could have.

William FDidn’t tell us anything about timing. Arrived 4 hours late. We had to pay extra because they made us late. They didn’t tell us anything and we spent majority of the trip on a cramped van instead of the sleeper bus. Once we got on the sleeper bus it was good.

Amelie DGreat service, picked up from my hostel and delivered to bus station in Hanoi. Very comfortable sleeper bus. Frequent stops for toilet and food. Border crossing was very well organised.
