Trop de monde pour le mini van, certains gars se battaient presque pour monter à bord, donc 4 d'entre nous ont été laissés sur le parking avec la promesse qu'un autre mini van arriverait dans les 20 minutes. Le van est arrivé 1h plus tard. Le chauffeur conduisait très nerveusement et demandait des pourboires à plusieurs reprises. Nous sommes finalement arrivés à Pattaya avec 2h de retard ! Je ne recommanderais pas cette compagnie

Too many people for the mini van,, some guys were almost fighting to get onboard, so 4 of us were left on the parking with the promis of a an other minivan will come within 20 min. The van arrived 1h later. the driver was driving very nervously and asking for tips many times. We finely arrived in Pattaya with 2h delay! I would not recommand this company

The driver picked up the wrong person and after lots of phone calls made by the taxi driver who came to collect that person, he returned to pick us up 45 mins late. He should have checked the booking number and the name of the wrong person he collected.
On booking the taxi, I realised that the date was wrong and requested it to be changed 2 minutes after booking. The communication was very poor and I did not recieve confirmation that my requested change of date had been granted. Lots of emails from you stating that my request would be looked at and some of them were unanswered.
I will not be using your company again.
Not so perfect as the others. Alone at the terminal station and suddenly announced to go further (5mn by free motobike) to find my bus. But people good workers and gentle informaters.

Instead of a large bus we had a mini van (too few people, it was low season). The bus departed 30' earlier than scheduled, this information would have been nice to know in advance. But the ride was smooth, we arrived very early.
