Jacqueline MDriver arrived on time (in fact early 😊), found us at the airport fine and off we went! Good driving, a clean car and arrival safe at Kanchanaburi. Nothing more to say really, except I would definitely use this company again as it is well priced for a private taxi from the BKK airport to Kanchanaburi (Bridge over the River Kwai). Excellent!

Annemarijke An economy-class car arrived, but the driver refused to take the three of us plus our three suitcases, even though I had specified this in advance. We were told a larger vehicle (an SUV) would be sent instead, for which we would have to pay an extra 300 baht (the initial quote was actually 500).
After much deliberation, we agreed. Then, the exact same type of car arrived—but with a different driver—and he simply placed one of our suitcases on the back seat between us. That worked out fine. The driver was pleasant and got us safely to our destination, BUT we did have to pay him that extra 300 baht. That makes absolutely no sense, of course, given that they just sent the same kind of car anyway. Communication via WhatsApp was initially quick and clear, but I’ve received no response to my last message expressing how odd I found the situation. This isn't what I’m used to after many previous positive experiences with 12Go Asia, and it’s a shame things turned out this way—especially since it meant we had to wait an hour and a half in the heat for a different car.

Stacey EEverything went smoothly. When we arrived at the airport, it took quite a long time to get to the terminal, and then we had to wait another hour to get through immigration. Communication was easy throughout, and the driver picked us up at the agreed meeting point.

Aaron WOne of the best taxi services we've had the pleasure of using. Our flight into BKK was delayed and the communication and attentiveness was excellent to ensure there were no issues for our transfer. Can't recommend enough!
