【Requirements】 To receive your SUNQ pass, you will need the QR code issued after making your reservation. Please bring a device that can display a QR code or a printed version of the QR code.
- If the QR code cannot be displayed, you will not be able to receive the pass.
How to use
- Buses that accept the SUNQ Pass display “SUNQ Pass” stickers on the front and next to the boarding entrance.
- When using the ferry, please present your bus ticket that is valid within the applicable period at the ticket counter to receive your boarding pass.
- When boarding a route bus, please be sure to take a numbered ticket. When getting off, clearly show the ticket to the bus driver.
- Show the voucher screen on your smartphone when you arrive at the counter. If the voucher cannot be displayed, we will be unable to assist you with boarding.
