How to use the Hokkaido Rail Pass?
You will receive a confirmed reservation mail with a voucher and a QR code. Please show the voucher and passport at the exchange counters to redeem a Hokkaido Rail Pass.
Passengers must present passports of all ticket users at the designated station (service office) and scan the QR code to redeem physical tickets.
After completing the reservation, please visit the exchange location in person during business hours and present the passports and QR codes of all users to the staff to exchange for actual tickets and rides.
