Quelles sont les classes et tarifs des trains de Taiwan High Speed Rail ?
En fonction de la durée de votre voyage et de vos préférences, vous pouvez choisir un billet de première ou de deuxième classe, dans une voiture-couchette pour un voyage de nuit, ou opter pour un siège raide ou plus si ces options sont disponibles. En fait, votre train peut avoir des couchettes en première classe, mais vous ne pourrez pas en réserver si vous ne faites qu'un court trajet de deux heures. - L’avantage principal du voyage en train est l'absence d'embouteillages, et cela même aux heures de pointe, pendant les longs week-ends ou la haute saison.
- Le processus de réservation en ligne est simple. Vous n'avez pas besoin de vous rendre à la gare, alors que c’était encore le cas pour de nombreuses destinations il n'y a pas si longtemps !
- Les prix des billets de train sont généralement plus abordables que ceux des billets d'avion, alors que pour certaines destinations, la durée totale du trajet peut être presque la même.
- Si le voyage en train est évidemment plus lent que le voyage en avion, les gares sont souvent situées au cœur de la ville, ce qui vous fait gagner beaucoup de temps pour vous y rendre et en revenir, alors que les aéroports sont presque toujours très éloignés de la ville.
- Voyager de nuit vous permet d'économiser une nuit d'hôtel mais aussi de bien dormir - contrairement à un bus de nuit où même la classe couchette reste un compromis.
- Sur certaines lignes, un service de luxe est disponible.
Inconvénients du Voyage en Train
- Pour les voyages les plus longs, le train prend assurément plus de temps que l’avion.
- Les trains suivent des horaires fixes, mais des retards sont possibles, et ces retards peuvent être énormes, donc si vous prévoyez une correspondance avec un vol, vérifiez soigneusement l'heure d'arrivée de votre train à la gare et demandez-vous si cela sera suffisant.
- La propreté laisse parfois à désirer en deuxième et troisième classe, notamment dans les toilettes.
- Si votre train fait beaucoup d'arrêts, il est parfois difficile de savoir quand descendre car les arrêts ne sont pas toujours clairement annoncés ou signalés, sauf si vous pouvez vérifier sur un écran électronique.

Roger MJe suis un étranger à Taïwan, mes billets étaient donc valables. Ma compagne est taïwanaise, ses billets n'étaient pas valables. Nous avons perdu 100 $. Vous devriez indiquer plus clairement en haut de page que cette page est réservée aux voyageurs et non à la population locale. Je ne l'ai pas remarqué. Corianne Très facile d'échanger le bon contre le billet - pas de file d'attente au milieu d'une journée de travail et j'y suis allé la veille du jour où je voulais voyager. Lors de l'échange, j'ai pu choisir une nouvelle heure et une nouvelle date, et on m'a demandé si je voulais réserver un siège, ce que j'ai fait. Le voyage en train s'est très bien passé et tous les panneaux étaient en anglais, donc vous n'avez pas à vous inquiéter si vous ne comprenez pas.
Il semble cependant qu'en réservant par l'intermédiaire de 12go Asia, je n'ai pas réservé un billet spécifique pour prendre ce train spécifique, car au guichet, je pouvais encore changer la date et l'heure. Ce n'était pas clair sur le site de 12go Asia - ils donnent l'impression que vous réservez un train spécifique (comme lorsque vous réservez un train en Europe). En fait, la seule chose que vous faites est d'obtenir un bon pour acheter un billet de train. Je ne vois pas très bien quelle est la valeur ajoutée de 12go Asia s'ils ne réservent rien pour vous. La prochaine fois, j'achèterai probablement mon billet au guichet de la gare de Taipei.

Ali Le Trıp était bon. Le personnel était serviable. Un commentaire : Il faut attendre longtemps dans les files d'attente pour échanger le bon contre un billet. De plus, le personnel ne peut pas facilement trouver le numéro de réservation sur le bon : si vous ne pouvez pas trouver un format commun pour que le personnel de MSRT soit immédiatement familier, vous pouvez au moins avoir le code imprimé en grande taille en haut du bon pour attirer l'attention.
