Le trajet était super c'est plutôt l'organisation entre ce qui était marqué sur votre site et le fait que j'avais 2 interlocuteurs pour l'aller et le retour. J'aurais dû prendre que l'aller car du coup pendant plusieurs jours de la où j'étais c'était l'incompréhension sur whatsapp et j'ai payé 3 fois (je vous ai envoyé la copie de mon relevé de banque, je ne sais toujours pas si vous l'avez reçu). D'ailleurs je ne sais toujours pas quand ils viennent me chercher et où. J'ai mon avion jeudi à 15h55 je dois être à l'aéroport 2h avant pour mes bagages

Navette pas prévu à ma connaissance. Conduite local sans doute mais hyper dangereuse (entre klaxons et dépassements limites). C'est pas les routes du Sri Lanka et encore heureusement. C'est surprenant voir inquiétant.

Le chauffeur a été très gentil, performant et sympathique. Il nous a bien renseigné. Il parlait bien anglais. Il nous a mis de la bonne musique anglaise pendant notre trajet. Bon conducteur ! Si nous pouvions avoir le mêmz chauffeur pour notre voyage retour le 9 février à 13h, de Vung Tau (si possible de 215 Thõng Nhãt Moï, Phuõng 8, Thanh Phõ Vŭng Tau) jusqu'à l'aéroport ce serait juste parfait !

We started just 10 minutes after schedule. A car brought us to the pick-up-point of the van. The van was comfortable. We stopped for a short break after two hours. We even arrived 20 minutes early at our destination.

I book 6am bus. Vung Tau direct to Airport AS advertised. Then am told that only to district 1 in Ho Chi Min city, but 5.30 bus go direct. I book 5.30 bus but it go to district 1 and stop and I have to take taxi to airport. Also i book VIP seat but driver make us sit in back 3 seats. I Think he save good seat for people he know.

The driver took a very long break after an hour, and then he drove very fast; it was reckless. An Italian gentleman even shouted "slow down, slow down!" to him, and he added, speaking of the driver in English, "he's crazy." Then we arrived in Vung Tau. The driver dropped off a woman who had been sitting next to him, then stopped at another place to drop off three more people. Then he stopped and told us to get off... but I had been following the route on Google Maps from the beginning, and we were very, very far from our hotel... I gave him my phone so he could see where our hotel was. I thought he understood. He dropped off the Italian gentleman... and then it was just us left on the bus. I was still following the route on Google Maps, and then I saw that he was heading in the opposite direction from our hotel... I went back to him and showed him my phone... we must have been 4 or 5 minutes away by car from our hotel... he refused to take us there and dropped us off at the agency... We wasted so much time at the agency because the receptionist said that the driver had stopped at our hotel but that we hadn't wanted to get out... ridiculous! If he dropped us off near our hotel, why wouldn't we get out? Then she told me it was because I gave her colleague in Ho Chi Minh City the wrong address... That's false, because in Ho Chi Minh City, I gave her my phone number with the Booking.com reservation... and I only had one hotel booked in Vung Tau... no mistake possible: I must have given the correct address... After half an hour, another driver picked us up and dropped us off near our hotel... this driver was older and drove very well; he was friendly and polite. It's because of him that I gave two stars in the rating; otherwise, for the first trip and for the agency in Vung Tau, I would have given a very bad rating.
