J'ai également dû imprimer le bon dans une imprimerie du 1er étage pour obtenir un ticket d'embarquement à la billetterie du 2e étage 4. Il n'a pas été facile de trouver ces deux endroits. Il n'a jamais été aussi difficile de monter dans un bus dont on a déjà payé le billet à l'avance.

Je me rends au Pitx Level 2 Booth 4 pour obtenir mon billet, mais le guichet me dit d'aller en bas et d'imprimer le bon PDF que j'enverrai à mon adresse électronique. Les services d'impression demandent 150 pesos pour l'impression. Je me suis rendu à la réception de Pitx pour confirmer avec eux et leur personnel m'a aidé à parler au comptoir du service d'autobus. Apparemment, nous n'avons pas besoin du PDF imprimé, le gars du comptoir du service de bus a refusé de nous donner notre billet jusqu'à ce que le personnel de PITX les confronte. Peut-être qu'il y a quelque chose de louche entre le guichetier et l'imprimerie, qui sait ? Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons vérifié auprès d'autres passagers et on nous a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas besoin d'imprimer le bon PDF en échange du billet réel. De plus, le bus est parti à 15h30 et non à 15h00.

Les horaires indiqués sur le site web n'étaient pas exacts. L'heure de départ devrait être 6h mais il est parti 9h plus tard. L'arrivée devrait être à 4h du matin le lendemain mais je suis arrivé à 16h déjà. De plus, avant de réserver, il n'était pas précisé que les frais de bateau n'étaient pas inclus. Le total que j'ai payé en ligne était de 2,417 mais quand je suis arrivé au port de batangas, ils m'ont prélevé 930.00 php de plus.

It was expensive. According to the conductor, when they saw the price of my online it was a little more expensive compared to when you buy the ticket at the bus terminal. Likewise, there were separate payment for each ferry. And we got many delays. So from Cubao to Cebu City, we had an accumulated time of 45 hours of travel. Very long travel hours. But we came safe to our destination.

6am on the online, so we arrive early as 4am. But the departure time is 11am! 😡 Online booking is way more expensive. It should be a 1 way trip however because of the delay we have no choice but to go inter island from batangas port to calatagan mindoro port to roxas mindoro port. The trip makes you feel exhausted. Better to book flight than to go on roro boat trip.

Bus was comfy, only left 20min late arrived on time. Printing the voucher seems utterly useless and wasteful. The driver/ticket inspector could have just looked at my phone to confirm my booking. The person at the help desk refused to print my voucher. There's a printing shop just at the corner where you can print (around 10pesos). Allow extra time for that.

The bus has a very limited baggage capacity. The trip took 3-4 hours since the bus stopped at Lipa, Tanauan. And Sto Tomas. I arrived at the bus station before 12:30, and the bus is already full. I have to wait and carry my baggage bags since there is no nice place or even chairs to sit down while waiting for the next bus. The bus left past 1.
