Jessica BUne personne a fumé dans le bus sans qu’on ne lui dise d’arrêter.
On était sur les 4 sièges tout à l’arrière du bus et les prises pour charger nos téléphones ne marchaient pas.
Mon mari n’avait pas de couverture.
Et la personne a l’enregistrement sur Bangkok était vraiment désagréable.

Andreas Nous sommes arrivés au terminal de bus 2h avant le départ
Nous avons donné l'email et reçu les papiers... Mais au bout d'un moment, j'ai demandé notre bus et le personnel m'a dit que ce n'était pas le bon billet ou la bonne réservation.
C'était donc frustrant de prendre un autre bus pour Surat Thani qui n'avait pas d'options de garde pour les téléphones portables.... À l'arrivée, après 10 heures, pas d'akku/batterie sur le téléphone.....
Nous avons reçu des couvertures et de l'eau, ainsi que des sandwichs et du jus de fruit.
Bus très malodorant (urine)

They make us stop to eat at midnight when everyone was asleep.
The announcement marked "Bus + Ferry ticket" but once they arrived they ask us to pay extra for the ferry and transport to the hotel, so in the end, thinking we had bought an all-inclusive ticket, we end up paying twice the price. Finally, it's almost as expensive as the plane, but with 12 hours of bus travel.

Jonathan WGood Organisation, friendly staff and a safe drive. But the bus driver kept singing the WHOLE journey from Bangkok to Surat Thani.
The guy on the mini van who took us further to Khao Sok wanted 300 Baht to just drop us off 500m before the official drop off point. Of course we did not do that and walked the way back.
Furthermore, just give people from India a bus for their own, I’m sick of these people. Farting and burping all the time, no matter if someone is around. The whole journey as well right behind me. Disgusting!
