Nous sommes arrivés avec 1 heure de retard parce que le chauffeur a fait son propre business en allant chercher des vietnamiens et en sur-remplissant le van… un monsieur avait apporté sa chaise pour la mettre dans l’allée entre les 2 rangées de sièges… Il a aussi fait un gros détour pour aller récupérer un autre vietnamien dans Hanoi alors que nous avons dû marcher plus d’un kilomètre de notre hôtel qui était à moins de 5 minutes en voiture, alors que le pickup point (notre hôtel) était bien renseigné sur notre ticket.

Compliquée de trouver quel bus prendre très peu d’information et personne ne parle Anglais, ils nous ont mis dehors à 5h30 du matin alors que dans la majorité des bus il est possible de rester dormir jusqu’à 6h.

expérience très moyenne, nous avons été mis dans le mauvais bus, le chauffeur s'est arrêté toutes les heures en allumant la lumière, bref un trajet êtes moyen.

We booked our transportation for 09.10 am, they told us the evening before that pick up changed to 10 am. Ok no Problem for us, information about the change was very much appreciated. BUT on pick up day, we waited over 1 hour in the pouring rain. They told us it was due to the traffic. Turn out that they put us on the 11 am schedule instead - without informing us (we only found out as there was another couple going on the same car, but they booked for 11 am). We wouldnt have minded taking a later shuttle if they have had informed us before. But letting us wait for more than 1 hour is unacceptable.

It was okay. The first driver to get in the van was highly inappropriate. He made inappropriate comments and insinuations to me as a solo traveler. The bus condition isnt great. If you are a girl traveling alone I wouldn't recommend this trip.

The trip was fine and the van is comfortable. The only weird thing is that the lady that organized the trip didn't let us sit on the free and more comfortable seats at the front. She insisted several times for us to seat on the less comfortable back seats. Later on a few locals that she apparently knew it got in the van and seated on the front seats. I didn't see any information about marked seats when I bought the tickets, so this was a little bit annoying.
