Anonymous Rude driver, poorly maintained bus. The seat one of us took on the bus was not fastened to the railing that the seat was meant to be attached to. This meant that every time we went around the corner, the seat would slide on the railing. This was not comfortable and should have been fixed prior to the trip. The bathroom on the bus was out of order. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had the opportunity to take bathroom breaks on the ride, though for the full 8 hour bus ride, we were not offered a single bathroom break. The driver of the bus didn’t allow us to eat on the bus, though made a stop to collect food for himself and one other passenger of the bus who were all allowed to eat on the bus. Further details continued.

Anonymous Drove fast but late because of border control. Good driver but a bit agitated at times towards most passengers. Clean bus but a bit damaged. Said WiFi on the bus but had none. No info about extra charge for luggage. Should be able to see that when you book. this is a bus between countries. many travel with luggage. Always included with Flix Bus in Sweden when I drove with them there.

Anonymous The trip took 8hr instead of 4. The driver was angry and yelling. Many bags inside the bus, no way o. The trip took 8hr instead of 4. The driver was yelling and acted angry. I had to pay for printing a paper ticket which never got used. Inside the bus there where many bags, in case of an accident, we had no way out.
