if you're just looking to get from a - b then go on a bus. If you get in any way travelsick DO NOT GET ON... the bus driver was driving like a maniac i felt like i was in a wok being stir fried. I nearly threw up and I've never thrown up on transport before. The driver also kept waking us up before each stop by pulling open our curtains. TV didnt really work. No wifi. Maybe take the train. No toilet on the bus I think, didn't seem to see one.

After requesting a non smoking driver we were moved to another companies bus. NOT SAPA! Certainly a much better company except we were told it's leaving an hour earlier. We arrived almost 2 hours earlier and the bus turned up within minutes. Sapa is clearly a sub standard company and I wouldn't recommend them. THUANG HUNG TRAVEL is much much better which is the company they transferred us to.
