The company called me a day before to confirm the trip. When arriving to the office in Hoi An they had water and we could wait inside. When the driver arrived the office workers helped us find the right van. We had to sit at the back which was quiet bumpy and the driver didn’t shift very well, but 5 stars considering we were picked up and dropped off on time to our correct destination.
