On time train got us to our destination without incident. The rooms were already made up by the time we got there, along with a personal pizza and snacks. I was not expecting the little touches they added in for comfort. The cabin was warm enough for the cold night and the comforter and bed were perfect. We did hear commotion in the evening but didn’t open our door to check. When we heard the same commotion in the morning, we opened the door to find a mobile store coming through with snacks and drinks for sale. We had the best experience- I recommend for sure.

The driver stopped twice to pick people up and i ended up squished between two people. Too many people in a small car. We also had to change vehicle. I give it two stars because we arrived on time, but we were asked to leave 45 min before scheduled departure time.

I was skeptical. I thought that the bus would be uncomfortable and that I would get very little sleep. But actually I got plenty of sleep and it was great! Yes, the road was bumpy in places but overall, very smooth. What they don’t tell you is that Tam Coc to Hue involved a mini bus to Ninh Binh and another one to Hue from the highway.

The drivers and the staff on this bus, firstly were so incredibly rude. No idea why they were so rude. I was in the middle of asking one of the staff if the stop we were stopping at had a toilet, didn’t even get my sentence out before his shooed me away, literally shooed me away waving his hand in my face. Not only that, but the staff on this bus were smoking constantly, no windows open. The whole bus absolutely stank of cigarette smoke it was disgusting. Mine and my partners clothes stank of cigarette smoke after we got off the bus. The only redeeming quality was the person who you can contact on whatsapp was nice and apologetic when the bus was late.

Was an good drive, on time, quite confortable and save. Operator was 1.5h before scheduled time of arrival at destination point. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep well due to the road conditions.
