Probably the worst sleeper bus I have ever been on. We were dropped off 3 hours early at the wrong location another 40 minutes away from where we had been told we were being dropped. Everyone on the bus was extremely loud and incredibly inconsiderate of other passengers. Playing loud music at 3am. Talking and shouting the entire journey. Neither me or my partner got any sleep

The staff was not friendly at all. We were ignored when we pointed out that our beds weren't downstairs, but upstairs. The schedule said we would arrive around 8 a.m. However, we arrived at 4 a.m. and were thrown off the bus at 7 a.m. despite being promised we could stay there until 8 a.m. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. We'll never do this again.

It was good a good coordination, comfortable, on time and we arrived one hour earlier. It was our first sleeping bus experience and we arw abolutly happy about this decision.

It was very cold, we were in level 3 and air conditioning was too strong, even with the blanket, you could feel it in the face, it was annoying. Toilets were really dirty. Bed were very hard, but ok for a train

Don’t be fooled you get a limo but first you get kicked up in a very only people carrier which if in the middle which o was had no seat belt We then took over an hour to get to our actual location where the limo was as we drove around Hanoi picking up people Then when you do get the limo they turn it around so fast they don’t even bother to clean out the rubbish from the people getting out so I was greeted with a banana in the arm of my seat having already rejected sitting where there was an empty drinks container Wholly unimpressive - sell upmarket be upmarket wouldn’t use again

The bus was really nice, until you get to the back of it and there’s a 3 bed bunk bed, we were told to go on the bottom even though there were single ones available. Luckily there was 3 of us but it’s was very tight in the bed, no chance of staying there if you’re claustrophobic, felt like being in a fancy coffin. This was our third sleeper bus and I have to say it was better out of the three, after people had been dropped off we were able to move beds.
