I was uncomfortable all night and didn’t sleep. Take a small pillow, earplugs, and you’ll be right. I would travel again on this bus. Slight incline, and not flat beds. Daughter slept entire way and loved it.

Comfortable bus, poor service. I bought the bus in the afternoon for the next day at 12pm. In the morning of the trip they contacted me on WhatsApp saying that the bus doesn't run anymore and I need to come to their office at 17h to get a night bus. I said that I needed to get to Sapa that day and then they told me to arrive at 11 and I'd get on a bus with transfer in Hanoi. I agreed and 1h later they said that at the end the direct bus is available and I should come to the office at 12

We booked the 9:30 PM connection, but the bus was scheduled for 10:30 PM - no delay, just the times on our ticket were not correct. We were not able to pick our seats, the guy in the bus urged us to take the top seats although the ones on the bottom stayed free for the rest of the ride. Also for me (1,76m) the beds were too short.
